Description of Work: We called them to ask about a problem we were having with some kind of flying ant. Through a picture, they identified it as a sidewalk ant and emailed us information. They also told us if we weren't able to get rid of them on our own to let them know and they would be happy to set up an appointment. I don't remember the name of the person we spoke to, but he was very helpful and I would certainly call them in the future.

Description of Work: They came in and did an assessment and offered a decent price, so my office contracted the company for quarterly service after we saw a mouse/mice. They did the initial setup quickly, including plugging holes that might be potential entry points; and have come back quarterly to check/clear the traps and make sure everything was as it should be. The one time I had to reschedule the appointment because of client meetings, they were very amenable to adjusting the day of their visit. I'm very happy with their service - quick, pleasant, and efficient.

Description of Work: I called Green Earth because I have ants and I wanted help coming up with a list of preventative measures to take. Since my coop already hires a pest control company and services were already rendered by that company, Green Earth was honest with me that they couldn't actually help me with the pest control component, which I expected. BUT - what really blew me away was that the sales person stayed on the phone with me for over 10 minutes to listen to my issues with ants in my apartment, and helped me come up with a checklist of what a handyman could help me with from an ant prevention standpoint. I was so impressed that they stayed on the line for absolutely no monetary benefit. The pest control company that my coop board uses barely calls me back or knows what services were rendered by their techs. I would 100% call Green Earth the next time I have an issue and can only expect spectacular service.

Description of Work: They were best when they sent their most experienced professional. One younger person was not as thorough. They did good work but had to come back several times. We were satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Very professional, very thorough. I have used them several times and was pleased with their work. They use gel rather than spray pesticides, which I like. My main concern is that they are very expensive and do not have any guarantee. Most exterminators will return within a month at no charge, or at a minimum rate. They do not. Since roaches tend to come back, this proves too costly! While I'd prefer to go with them, I just can't afford it. So, it's back to the spray folks, for better or worse.

Green Earth has always been prompt and responsive, will tailor their service as needs change. They just completed their monthly inspection.
