They did a good job, were prompt and professional.

I feel mislead by the Big Deal that I purchased. I have parasitic wasps that need to be exterminated, so I purchased the deal to have services performed to get rid of them. I received an email that stated that I would need to pay a fee of $900 plus tax in order to have an inspection. I was also informed that the entomologist would also identify my pests if I could catch them and send them in. I was under the impression that the deal that I purchased would cover getting rid of my pests without any extra services since I already know what my pests are. The gentleman was nice and professional, but I cannot believe the amount that they are asking for.

Just great. Very responsive. I believe they came the same day I called, or maybe the next day. They knew exactly what to do and how to deal with the ant problem. Also dealt with spider/centipede problem in my basement. The exterminator was on time, was able to explain exactly what he was doing. I have small children, so safety is important. Ants were gone with a couple of days. Haven't seen any since. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again if I need to. I wish every service provider I dealt with was like Green Earth Pest Control.

Everything went ok with this company. The crew was very friendly and professional during the visit. They were very easy to deal with. We did have to have them treat the house twice due to the infestation. The second time they came out they didn’t charge us at all.

Overall, I thought the company was very professional and thorough. They really left a good impression on me. The staff really took the time to answer all of my questions, which I appreciated.

Do take a sample of the insect. Don't tell people you know much about the insect when you do not.

Josh was very responsive. He explained the procedure clearly, and when I called him with additional questions and concerns, he returned my calls promptly. I received a reminder call the day before the visit, and the technician called me before his arrival. In addition, the technician arrived at the appointed time. He, too was very professional and answered all of my questions. This company is terrific!

We are very glad to have found Green Earth Pest Control via Angie's list. Mr. Josh and his team were very professional, courteous and explained what they were doing and what I could expect. We were concerned about the products as we have a 3 month old, but Mr. Josh took time in explaining the products that will be used before we scheduled an appointment. It was helpful in knowing this in advance. I would certainly use their service again and would recommend them to others.

Josh called me within 2 hours of me leaving my message, he walked me through the procedure and the exterminator (Vinnie) came today, within the 3 hour window they provided. Vinne even called me and told me he would be at my apartment in 20 minutes. Both Josh and Vinnie were very professional, courteous and explained what they were doing and what I could expect. I would certainly use their service again and would recommend them to others.

Josh first sent over a termite expert who determined that it was flying ants that had infested the entrance way of our house. Josh sent over 2 professional men who took time to explain the chemicals and traps they were using. They sprayed along the perimeter of the entire house also. Since that visit there has been no insects in the house. They also listed the EPA code numbers for all the chemicals that were used.

I phoned and spoke to Josh, who clearly explained the options. I decided to go for the more expensive but ultimately more secure option, and we were able to set an appointment for only a few days later. The technician came on time and very quickly set about examining walls and floors, and plugged all the holes. The whole process took about 2 hours for a 2-bedroom apartment. Bizarrely, a few days later, more mice found their way to my kitchen and chewed through the wall, but Green Earth kept its promise - the technician came back and plugged the new hole and now I am mouse-free.

My overall experience with Green Earth Pest Control was excellent from start to finish. Josh, the Owner was extremely helpful on the phone. He asked me questions to better understand my needs and then instructed me over the phone on how to determine if I was dealing with fleas...thankfully I wasn't. Josh is very customer focused and wasn't simply interested in making a sale. The technician, Peter was equally good. He arrived within the scheduled time and immediately went to work checking for bed bugs. He throughly inspected my areas of concern and thankfully once again the results were negative...no bed bugs. Before leaving Peter gave me advice on how to protect my mattress, which I was most graterful for.

I emailed the company thru Angie's list and within hours heard from Josh the owner. He was prompt and professional. It was clear to me what the next steps and pricing were for each service. Technician arrived on time and they always keep me updated as to when they will arrive. Peter was professional and courteous. Though no bugs were found, it helps to rule out bedbugs and fleas. He also suggested ways to control dust mites. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, happy with their service and will use again.

After another exterminator failed repeatedly to help with a mouse problem in my building, I called Green Earth. They offer a rodent exclusion service, where they seal up all the holes where mice might possibly be getting in; that sounded ideal to me. I spoke with the owner at length on the phone, & he was very helpful. It was a bit pricey, but they gave me an Angie's List discount. I booked them for two days later; they called when they were on their way & were very prompt & professional. They sent two men to do the job, & they were fast & took care to complete their work thoroughly. Several weeks later, I've seen no signs of mice -- I know they're still in the building, but they're not getting into my apartment anymore, so I'm happy with that. Definitely worth the money, as I now have peace of mind.

Super easy. I'd say the toughest part was having to move everything, but that was the only way to feel secure that the pests were not hiding somewhere. And that needed to be done no matter what company we went with. Really great company to work with and the Angie's discount made it even more attractive. I wish I had used them from the very beginning!

Servicemen arrived promptly and listened to our issues with the bugs we have seen. They immediately began the exterminating procedure. they were responsive to our concerns about the chemicals they were using and clearly explained what they were doing and what we can expect as a result of their visit..

Due largely to their review on Angie's List, we hired Green Earth Pest Control to deal with a rodent problem. They did excellent work. We dealt specifically with Josh and Peter. Josh quoted and scheduled the service and Peter did the service calls. The entire experience was excellent. For both visits, Josh very flexible with scheduling and Peter showed up within fifteen minutes of the beginning of the scheduled window. Peter worked quickly and cleanly. The quality of the work was evident: the rats died and the odor was eliminated. We are very pleased with their work and they will be our go-to pest control company going forward.

Late at night we discovered a "mystery" animal in our apartment, possibly a large mouse or small rat. We needed an exterminator right away because we were preparing to leave for vacation within hours. We chose Green Earth from Angie's List, and could not have been more pleased. Josh Alpert at Green Earth Pest Control responded to my query very quickly, confirming a date for service that worked with my schedule (8am Monday). On the appointed day, Green Earth technician was there on time, and spent quite a bit of time attending to the problem. We discussed the treatments and how it would work. He worked around the home, but concentrated on problem areas. I was impressed with his thoroughness when he returned to the kitchen a second time after walking through and treating the rest of the house and basement. I was very satisfied with the service and would use it again. I had been quoted a price on return visits but the technician was confident that follow-ups may not be necessary and to wait and see. The total price I paid included an Angie's List discount that will all by itself guarantee that I remain a loyal member of Angie's List for years to come.
