They are very good. They are very responsive, professional and punctual.

I was concerned when they said I didn't have anything but afterwards whatever it was, disappeared. When people are concerned about bed beds they could probably be sold anything, but they were completely honest with me and I felt they weren’t pushing further services. It turned out good and everything appears to be ok.

Haven't seen a mouse -- or any signs of them -- since. I would hire them again for the future, without question.

I have had several phone calls with them. I feel that they are extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. I found them extremely honest. I have called other pest control companies where they presented the worst scenario. Where this man explained every possible scenario and not just the worst. I found that extremely professional and honest. i loved his professionalism in all my contacts from this company. I have been very satisfied with his integrity.

I spoke with Josh a few times before scheduling a treatment day. He was always very patient and answered all my questions. Josh mentioned I was able to use a coupon from Angies List to apply to the bill. He sent me an email outlining all of the instructions as well as the chemicals that would be used. On the day of treatment, Peter was sent to my home. He was very polite and helpful. He explained everything he was going to do and that I would need to leave the house for a few hours. We exchanged phone numbers so I felt comfortable leaving my home and checking in with him. This company is awesome! I would use them again.

Dealing with rats in what was an abandoned, newly purchased building in NYC is never an easy venture. We contacted Green Earth Pest Control who came right away, did an inspection and thoroughly explained their treatment program for our building. The communication and professionalism from both the office and the technicians is excellent. After receiving a reasonable estimate, we began the treatment immediately. The bottom line with extermination problems are the results--the program is working. We are winning the war on rats. And to this New Yorker, that borders on the miraculous. I highly recommend Green Earth Pest Control.

We called. They came shortly thereafter. They were thorough and didn't make unnecessary suggestions to increase their services or fees.

They were very professional and knowledgeable, and we are very pleased with their service. After talking with the dog handlers (we had two different dogs, for detection and then after the remediation) I have a lot of confidence in their ability to detect bugs and viable eggs, given the ongoing training that they do. The heat remediation was challenging logistically (you need to remove any items from the house that could be damaged by the high heat, and stay in a hotel overnight) and there is significant cleaning up afterwards with most of our clothing now in bags that were removed from drawers to ensure they got hot enough. And it is very expensive, especially because we have a three-floor apartment that required two heat teams. But we decided it was much easier than the work we would need to do to be able to have the problem addressed through traditional methods. Bottom line - we are now confident that we are bug free after one round of heat remediation.

My building has a cockroach issue, but the regular exterminator refuses to spray my apartment during his monthly visit because I have a cat. I hired Green Earth Pest Control, and I've been happy with the results.

Green Earth responded to my request for an estimate quickly. They were available through email and phone. Josh explained the cost and the service clearly. Because we have a child I explained that we wanted environmentally friendly pesticides used and he assured me that would be the case. On the day of the work the technician actually arrived a little early. We were getting our son out of the house and asked if he could wait and he happily agreed to wait in his truck. As soon as I dropped my son off I came back and let the technician in. He explained what he was going to do (where he'd spray and where he'd put down dust for roaches). Then he asked me to show him any spots in the house where we saw roaches often. I pointed out a few places and he added them to the list. He also suggested putting sealing caulk along a few parts of the kitchen floor to help block passages. He was great and very helpful. I left for an hour and he texted me when he was done. We saw the roach populations dwindle substantially within the first week or two. By the end of the month they were largely gone, but not entirely. We'd paid for the service that included a free follow up visit. When I wrote to schedule Josh set up a day quickly. The second technician arrived and sprayed/dusted the apartment. So far we haven't seen any roaches and hope it stays that way. Green Earth was very professional, accommodating, and just generally nice. We give them our highest recommendation!

Josh was very helpful over the phone in diagnosing and proposing a sound plan to take care of our rat and mice infestation. He provided us with a detailed plan of attack. Service was performed as scheduled. holes were plugged in our basement, and 3 floors of our apartments. They even caught one during service on the 3rd floor. Service was completed with no incident and took a little over 4 hours. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer our questions and explain what he was doing and the services he was performing. In the next couple days, we noticed rats were dying from the poison he administered. Although there was 1 hole still open in our porch, the technician came by and fixed the hole and ever since, the infestation outside has been rectified and the infestation inside has been cleared as well on the 1st and 2nd floor. After his service of the house. The technician also noted a problem area that we would need a general contractor to fix. His service was very extensive and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend this company's service to anyone. Professional, effective, honest, and honors their warranty and gaurantees their work.

Overall, these guys were great...super responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy. One of my tenants was concerned he had bedbugs or fleas. I called Green Pest and spoke to Kery. I explained the situation and he offered me the option of sending a photo of the insect so I could forgo the inspection and thus the fee. While I definitely appreciated and considered the offer, I ended up getting the inspection. Better safe than sorry. We set up an appointment for the inspection and got an appt time for the next day. The inspection guy came and determined that it was only fleas. I set up two follow up appointments for the removal/spraying and the guy came on time as planned. Everyone I dealt with at Green Pest were friendly and honest and would definitely use them again. Though the price for the flea removal was higher than I expected, I was able to apply my Angie's Discount which helped.

Everything went mediocre. I did not see real any change to my circumstances.

For once a service company that provides top notch service. The technician was punctual friendly willing to lift a heavy stove without complaint and did the job in a thorough and expeditious manner.

Everything went very well. Green Earth sent Peter the same day. They were very courteous, really listened and answered questions and had excellent suggestions for coping with the problem.

Oz came during the promised appointment time. Was very thorough and concentrated on the area where I reported the ant activity. I was very pleased with the service.

I enjoyed the service. The appointment was quick and the fees were explained. I had the service person come in on time and had the process explained before he performed services. He did work diligently and pointed out where the mouse droppings were, applied fixes, and very well in communicating what he was doing, removing any mysteries out of the process. Once the service was performed, I asked if there were additional things I could do or any extra services, to which applied no, and he didn't try to sell other services or go over the estimate he quoted initially. No frills, got the job done, and seemed to work pretty hard at it. Overall, I did end up paying about $300 for the service, and it's been about a month since the service, and no mouse.

Terrific service. We contacted Josh Alpert, the owner, by phone and sent him a picture of the beetle. He immediately responded, identified it, told us what needed to be done to prepare, recommended a great preparation firm, and sent over Peter Santos to do the actual extermination as soon as the prep work was done. Peter was great, very kind, articulate, and reassuring. Josh had also informed us about "after-care," basically what needed to be done to make sure the apartment was ready for people and pets, and since we didn't want to do the work ourselves, gave us the name of a cleaning service that did post-extermination cleaning. They too were fantastic! So not only did Josh and his company do a great job, they helped us through the whole process, prep through the after-work. We heartily recommend this firm without any reservation.

I won't know until we find bugs or I am sure there are none. But I do believe there are none in the bed during his exam.

The exterminator who arrived at my apartment, Oz, was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the processes and gave me useful tips. Oz exterminated 2 apartments, mine and my mother's. Overall I am very satisfied with their service and, so far, I believe the extermination to be successful
