The technicians were very good and professional as well as the person I spoke with over the phone.

They are very great. They are professional and on time. They are very good at explaining the work that needs to be done. They are very clean and their prices are very fair. They never try to push things no you that you do not need. I have never had a problem with them or their work.

Everything turned out well. They are very good. They are easy to work with.

We were overrun with mice; my landlord kept promising to do something, but didn't. I called Green Earth, and a very helpful young man came over to survey the problem. He offered two possible programs, either monthly service or mouse "proofing," meaning finding all the ways the critters could come in and sealing them up, along with some rodenticide. I opted for the latter -- it was more convenient, and less expensive in the long run. They came when they agreed to, did the job, and none of us have seen a mouse since. Other than having my landlord pay for it, I can't imagine a better outcome.

This company provides you with a lot of material to help you make a decision which we found helpful. The information, written and by telephone, is fact focused - they don't scare you into getting their services. We had evidence of infestation on one floor - thanks to the trusty dog (worth every penny - since it is impossible to tell where these tiny creatures hang out). We opted to do only one floor (no warranty) but the compnay was ok with that since the dog found nothing on other floors. Will, the first technician, was professional and efficient and very knowledgable as was the follow-up person. We have evidence that the bed bugs came from next door and Will suggested drilling a few holes in the sheetrock and blowing in pesticide as a long term deterrent. It was a few extra dollars but I am happy for the additional protection - especially since I don't trust my neighbor to do a throrough removal. Yesterday was the second visit so we are keeping our fingers crossed.

They did a good job. They are a great company to work.

I got 15%discount as I was a first time Angie’s List user. I live in Brooklyn and these were right on the side walk on the garbage pile, kids play and I couldn’t even water the plants. So I had to do this very quickly. I had a regular exterminator but he didn’t call me back, so I had to call Green Earth Pest Control. I made the deposit and they were here the next day. They did an excellent job. There are no bees now and I don’t think they killed them but only the ones in the planter and rest of them just didn’t like the smell and went away. They put up three bottles of traps also. They did fine job. I picked them because they had all “A” rating on Angie’s List reviews. They said that they would be here between 8am & 1pm and were here at 11am.

It went great...especially since I had no bedbugs !

It's not often that one endorses a company that didn't do work, but that's exactly what I'm doing. We had a spider, but weren't sure if it was dangerous or not. So we took pictures, and sent it to various exterminators to get their advice. Every company we sent it to hemmed and hawed over identification, then tried to upsell us on an annual package for their services. Green Earth gave a tentative ID, then sent the pictures to a entomologist for scientific identification. Upon confirming that the spider was harmless, they sent me several long, detailed e-mails with their advice for keeping it out of our living space. And they never charged me a dime! I was tremendously impressed by their professionalism, honesty, and reasonableness. If I ever do have a problem, they will be the ones I call.

Very professional the only negative was that they didn't tell me ahead of time that the service person would not treat outlets unless I removed the covers beforehead.

I found a small bug in my bed and freaked out- I had been waking up with small itchy welts and just assumed it was bed bugs. I took a picture of the bug I found and emailed it to Green Earth Pest Control after finding them on Angie's List. They called me back right away and assured me the bug wasn't a bed bug at all, but a small harmless beetle. Whew! They gave me tips on how to get rid of them (no insecticide or exterminating needed, just vacuuming) and it definitely made my day. I would definitely consult them again for bug drama!

I spoke with Kery on the phone and he was very patient and understanding as I explained my situation. He offered excellent advice and insight. I had an appointment with Jake (and Jack, the bed bug sniffing canine) who game to my home very punctually, after having called to let me know that they would be arriving in 15 minutes. Jake did a visual inspection of the apartment, and then sent Jack to do his inspection. They found no sign of bed bugs in the apartment. I also had them check my car, where nothing was found either. After the appointment, I received an email from Kery confirming these findings in writing! Green Earth Pest Management was extremely thorough and I found them incredibly reputable, particularly after an experience with another pest management company that I suspect took advantage of me.

Excellent response time. When mice appears twice in the following two months, they immediately returned and addressed the issue.

I was told to expect them to arrive between 8am and 1pm. They arrived around 11:30 and even called 15 minutes before they arrived. After introducing themselves they proceeded to explain thoroughly where they needed to apply the poison. Peter asked how frequently did we see our pests (waterbugs). Although we felt a little embarrassed about our bug problem, we honestly told him we see them as frequently as once a day. He put us at ease and told us that our problem was very common and he was capable of handling the situation. They were very respectful of my home and even put booties over their shoes and always asked if they could enter into any room before going in. They made me feel at ease. They carefully applied the poison in the walls and made sure not to apply it in any area that can be in direct contact to us. I didn't feel rushed when I asked them a few questions. They told me to expect to see a few in the next coming days but after about a week we shouldn't see any. If we do see some in a months time to call them back for another service, not free of course but at a reduced rate. And he told me after that you shouldn't have to see me again. LOL I thought that was a nice change from having to be stuck in a service contract for a year with other pest control companies.

They were helpful and professional. However, we had a major mice problem and I said so. I wasn't impressed when they turned up with a lot of sticky mouse traps, we could have purchased those from home depot ourselves. Having said this, we haven't found a pest control company yet that hasn't done this and some with even barely a look, this company was a little more pricey though and extra charges were added on for what we wanted done in the first place. Better than most.

It was excellent. They really follow through and keep you informed on what's going on. A lot of places will just hurry and get out of there. They just want to collect their fee and move onto the next job. But, this company really wants to do the job right. Do not hesitate. Pick this company. You can't go wrong. I know it might sound like it but I am not affiliated with this company. Not sure if you can, but if you can, private message me and I can tell you what building the service was performed at.

They were very professional on the phone in explaining and quoting the cost of service, except the person on the other end of the phone didn't tell me that they do an evaluation first before doing the actual work. That is, I had to be in contact with them after they reached the property to hear what needed to be done and then give my approval. That was fine. The technician called me from the site and the service was performed. There was a misunderstanding about the price but when I called them they graciously honored the price I thought it was supposed to be, plus a 15% discount as a first-timer from Angie's List. In addition, Green Earth Pest Control sent me a letter that I could use to remove the violation.

The treatments done by Green Earth seems to be effective. It has been about three months and we have had no problems since.

Incredibly effective, as well as professional and polite. We have had Green Earth in our building since January 2013. They were very professional during the bidding process, competitively priced, and have gone above and beyond in customer service. Their service personnel are incredibly respectful, clean, and cater to the individual needs of apartment owners (kids, pets, etc.). They are also successfully controlling our pest problem and helping troubleshoot areas we can improve to prevent the problem in the future.

Great company - explained problem of termites in the home and how to deal with them. Came on time, did a great and thorough job and termites seem to be disappearing. Very good focus on long term solution to problem of termites.

Can't say enough about these guys: using non-toxic methods the entire waterbug problem was taken care of within one hour. Their service was professional, and thorough without the awful poison spraying that one associates with exterminators.

After 27 ant free years now ....Over the past three years I have been getting ant invasions,they are in bathroom and kitchen primarily.I had used another company but they would show up without calling or appointment,.... I was starting to see a few ants so I had called green earth to inquire,spoke with Josh and he emailed me the product list,prices,locations for the treatment,pet safe, ,while we were waiting to decide ,..... one morning I found an invasion in my kitchen , as I was ill and recovering , this was an added stress.I called green earth, spoke with someone very polite,had service tech Mathew call me,arrived on time,I was happy to see he wore booties, we discussed the ant locations, .The price was to treat the two floors, but as I did not feel well , I stopped further treatment after one and half floors were done. The next day I did not see any ants in kitchen,the bathroom had a feeding frenzy of ants and continued to see them for several days.A week later I saw ants in a new location,I called greenearth ,requested another visit,spoke with Josh,he went over the pricing with me.Gave me a fair price,for a new visit, since I did not want to complete the entire floor last time. Same tech Mathew called,arrived on time, wore booties,very polite,careful with my property,asked before doing/moving anything,explained what was happening,made suggestions,redid some areas of bathroom and done..........Saw a few ants in bathroom for 9 days then none and only 2 ants in other area. None in kitchen.

I made an appointment of which cost $125 plus tax and was noted on the receipt as non-refundable. I called back today to cancel the appointment since I wanted to take some time and budget this procedure into my plan for the year. I neglected to see the non-refundable note on the receipt, but lo and behold Kery and Josh went ahead and refunded me back the inspection cost. Even though I haven't had work done with Green Earth, their customer service has impressed me very much. I will be in touch when I've figured out my situation.

They came just as promised, worked very quickly without stopping, and were extremely thorough in their response, including follow-up emails.
