I have a long standing water bug problem in my basement that other exterminating companies seemed unable to control after multiple visits and much more money. Green Earth took care of the problem in one to two visits for significantly less cost. Very professional job.

Green Earth Pest Control has continually helped me with an ongoing rat problem and violations from NYC. They have written letters that I could present at a hearing to avoid paying a steep fine. They have been very responsive and reassuring, providing tips and resources.

We opted to have both bedrooms treated, though we only sleep in the one. They also treat the rest of the apartment with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom. It is a lot of work to dissemble your whole house and a lot of laundry, but I felt like we went with a company that wasn't risking anything. They have a guarantee, which is hard to come by for bed bugs as you can re-infect, so I believe they fact that they demand you be thorough in your prep helps to ensure you only have to go through it once. For both treatments, the exterminator came within the time window scheduled, and called us to let us know their estimated arrival time the day of. While the company is a "green" the treatment option we went with was not a 100% non-toxic solution. They do offer non-toxic treatment but it's a whole house heat treatment which is expensive and generally just more difficult and not something I was interested in. So that is something to be aware of if that's what you require. However they lay this out all very clearly and let you know exactly what bug killers they put down as well as the proper way to clean your house afterwards (nothing but water for weeks).

After the first treatment, there were no more signs of bedbugs nor bites. Let's see how it goes in a few months.

They showed up on-time and the treatment was effective. The prices seemed reasonable. They were professional and I would recommend their services to others.

Initially, we had them come out to treat for a mice infestation. The technician was professional. The company’s professionalism is great and the treatment was effective. They offer reasonable prices. They used rat poison to treat for the mice in our whole house. They were very considerate with placing the poison so our pets and children couldn't reach it. I recommend them to everyone I talk to.

It was excellent. I was very impressed with them. They solved the problems and were very thorough. I was trying to find the problem to where they were coming from for months and the technician found it within 10 minutes.

They are on-time and very professional . They do a thorough job and keep the pests away. I would recommend their services to others.

They were punctual and I was satisfied with the service. They tech was professional and what I appreciated was that everything was spelled out from the very first contact as to their fees, etc. and their policy was that if treatment had been needed they would have applied the inspection fee towards the treatment. Their prices are not inexpensive but are the worth the money spent. I would recommend their service to others.

They were thorough in explaining the chemicals they were using and were careful around my pets. I would use them again for sure. They did a great job.

Green Earth Pest Control was very helpful and accommodating with scheduling (and rescheduling!) our initial office visit. Kerry Bruzzo was especially helpful with scheduling and explaining the company's services. As for the initial visit on site, the canine/bedbug inspection was quick and seamless. And the gentleman who came to do the rodent and bug extermination treatment was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to be doing and why. I proceeded to show him around the spaces to be treated and the whole job was done within about 20 minutes. It was also very helpful that people were able to continue working while he treated our offices, instead of having to evacuate due to fumes and whatnot. Very glad Green Earth Pest Control exists! So far after one treatment (we are signed up for monthly), we already notice a difference. Highly recommend! (Just a note on the cost of service field above... it was $430 initially and then $125 each month following as we are doing monthly treatments.)

They were punctual, friendly, professional and they had excellent customer service.

Since I did not use the services, I cannot talk specifics on their work. I can say they were extremely nice and helpful over the phone and email, and I have not forgotten that. If I do need bug services in the future, I will contact them.

Peter called when he was on his way during the appointed window, exactly as promised. He was very friendly and informative, and thorough. We are very confident that our building has the best Green pest prevention/control available. Where we talked about waterbugs, ants and roaches, Peter attended to it all. He was very considerate and mindful of the children and pets as well. Thanks Green Earth!

They were amazing and I would give them real high marks. The guy came in and he was very qualified. The guy that I spoke to on the phone ran the company I think, and he was very specific about how much things would cost and what their services entailed, including follow up services. The actual quality of work was fine. They totally eradicated mice and I had one return call for cockroaches and large water bugs in my home. That seems to have pretty much flustered out and so I don’t really have any kind of roach problems or varmint problems. I don’t really know the prices of things and I’m finding that out more and more as I go on. Things that I did as a kid for next to nothing costs a lot of money now. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were punctual and they came when they said they were going to come. I will absolutely use them again in the future and I would also recommend them to other people.

The service was great. It was VERY expensive and I believe we could have gotten a slightly less spiffy company to do the same job for half or less.

I am very happy with their service. It took them 3 visits starting on 07/15 for roaches and the following 2 visits for the bedbugs' removal treatment. The preparation for the last service was not that easy since we only had the problem in one level but as a precaution decided to treat the entire house; it is very important to follow all the steps preparing for this treatment if you want it to work.. We have seen the results already. The technicians were on time for every visit.

Green Earth Pest Control came out they inspected my home. The guy was knowledgeable, was professional they got back to me in a timely manner. There price was competitive a little higher than some of the other people I called, but the seemed to know what they were doing so I went witht them. So far so good no ants and no problems.

Green Earth does not make appointments, they offer a 5 hour window of time. I was relieved when Mr. Santos came at hour 2 rather than hour 5. He started right to work, and explained what he was doing, how he was doing it, about the safety of their methods, and on his way out the door he thoroughly explained the warranty. I was surprised a Manhattan operation would come out to Flatbush, but it turns out they also do a house across the street and down the block from me. Overall good experience.

Not well. They charged more than 500 dollars for our small townhouse. They sent someone who was nice but not very experienced. He finished in less than 30 minutes. Three weeks later, we still saw a LOT cockroaches. Very frustrating after paying 500 dollars.

They were knowledgeable, pleasant, and up front about the cost of services. The contaractor arrived on time and provide through service. We are extremely satisfied with the service provide. It was well worth the cost.
