Description of Work: Having an issue in my NY apartment. Not an infestation, but I don't like to see any bugs. I contacted Greenearth on a Saturday night (left an email and a voicemail). On Monday both were returned by the President of the Company. They had a technician here when I requested. The technician was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. He did a whole lot more than Orkin every did. I am now hiring Greenearth to come every month. They took into consideration that I have kids and used earth friendly products. When they heard I found them through Angie's list they immediately applied the discount available. I did not even need to mention it. Within 5 minutes of the technician leaving my apartment, I received an email from the company confirming that service was complete and instructions to follow as well. Very prompt and very helpful. All in all I have been very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: WE called for our Brownstone Co op which has 6 units and started getting mice. The exterminator arrived as planned and quicklly identified all the areas where the critters were entering, helped close them , planted assorted traps and tracking dust which he seemed very assured would do the job. He also requested to go to our basement which was not originally planned and also gave suggestions while again laying his bait etc. I felt very confident that we will soon see the last of these little invaders.

Description of Work: We haven't yet had the moth extermination work done because there are complicated choices we still are considering. However, the staff of Green Earth has been amazingly helpful and responsive to our needs so far, providing us with information and suggestions. We think they are an outstanding company in every respect.
