i unfortunately have to share that I had a pretty poor experience with Grace’s Cleaning today for a scheduled Deep Clean, where she walked out after requesting to increase the price after doing an apt walk thru and agreeing to a price 90 min earlier. i was coordinating this cleaning after moving out and living an hour away. she walked out with no one there, leaving the apt unlocked and lights on… after sending her requested video of the apt weeks prior, and then having her do a walkthrough of apt the morning of *before* agreeing to price, and starting work, after 90 min, she then said the apt was extremely dirty, she would have to go out and gemt more supplies, and wanted extra money in order to continue. i offered that she could forget the bathroom cabinet that she was having trouble with removing some unknown substance, that *we would paint* the interior, but she still said the bathrooms and kitchen were extremely dirty (which is where most traffic in a home is, hence asking for a deep clean). apt was vacant and was *not* extremely dirty at all, but she said by her standards it was. we also had cleaning supplies in the bathroom she could have used. i pointed out that what would happen if she came to the fridge and said that was also extremely dirty- would price be raised again?? just felt very unprofessional how she handled it. we were left very confused that she would rather leave after working for 90 min, rather than honor the price she quoted at the beginning of the clean. either a cleaner does a per job fee or hourly/ you can’t do both. would not recommend unless u are a regular customer. received text at 5pm the day before asking to push back 8am start to 11am due to another appt. i said no due to the snowstorm. then received a 6:03am text the morning of cleaning asking to move *up* the cleaning to 7am start. felt like we were getting slotted in between her appts and she realized the deep clean would be more than anticipated. would not recommend! *and had already agreed to pay extra for oven/stove and refrigerator, which I can understand will take more time*

Grace I recommend. When they say it's a detailed clean, best believe they're getting into all the corners, windows, and stains. Show a very detailed oriented care and love to our apartment. I'm happy I chose then and will keep it up . Thank you
