They assisted with my roof and said it was fine. But then they came to my smaller roof that is an extension over my laundry room area. He quoted me $13,000 for the 1,300 square feet. He then reduced to $11,050 since I am on a fixed income. He said there would be no extra costs. When getting down to the wood he confirmed there would be no need to replace. He soon noticed that the horizontal beams were weak. He scared me a bit because he said it would not hold the roof. He said that it might collapse my roof. He then went up in cost an additional $2,200. I feel I was taken advantage of because of my age. I paid this very reluctantly because I do not feel I was given proper work for this price. When this was all finished, the ceiling appears to be lower, I have a broken light, and nails are showing through. There is also cracks in my façade that was caused by the roofers. I would not recommend them. They are overpriced and caused more damage. They will not own the responsibility for what they have done to my property. They were also supposed to be providing me with pictures of the work in progress to completion and I have never received any pictures.
