+ -1 moreThey are remarkable and really have it all together. After having issues with my computer from the Geek Squad at the store on 23rd street, I decided to just get a new computer. I came to the location on 14th street and was approached by 2 sales people who helped me find a dell computer that seemed to be what I was looking for, There was also a gaming PC that was huge and had customizable lights inside the glass. I thought it was so cool, and was interested, but then someone told me that it wasn't what I needed and that I could save money by getting what he was recommending. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. I ended up having some issues with the dell I purchased, and they were so helpful and professional and told me to bring it in and they'd replace it. I have had terrible experiences with computers but they made my experience so easy and problem free.
