+ -1 moreVery badly as I took the morning off from work and tried to call to schedule another appointment. They put me on hold for over 20 minutes.
Description of Work: Fix an infrared connection between my remote and the cable boxes which are in a closet. It took 30 minutes for the person answering the phone to understand what I wanted. They put me on hole multiple times then scheduled an appointment from 8 am to noon. At 8:30 they told me they were not coming.

+ -1 moreWhen I made an appointment no one ever shows up or calls me. They were horrendous. They showed up only on seventh appointment after scheduling six appointments and a guy finally shows up after all these months and he did a good job. I will try my best to never ever use them. I told them one thing I said I understand if there is miscommunication about with someone told me on the phone that they spoke to someone and that was a bold faced lie that is the worse thing. If you don't know that is one thing, but the lie to me is a totally different thing and a lie to a consumer or customer.
Description of Work: I used Geek Squad for calibration of television about a month ago.
