+ -1 moreFirst off, they rarely answer their phones, and you almost always end up getting disconnected. Geek squad is wonderful, but I have not been impressed with the technicians in the store. I took my computer to them 3 times within 2 1/2 months and it was never fixed. The other thing they don't have is an escalation path. If you have a complaint, there is no one to handle your complaint. There is a manager of the Geek Squad department, but he told me he was not technical and could not help me.

+ -1 moreTechnician worked 5 hours and set up the system. It turned out there were problems due to the routing hardware which, even though conformed, would not work together. So the technician made another visit at no charge, changed one piece of hardware, and the system has worked perfectly ever since.
Description of Work: Set up a computer network system with 2 computers and 3 X-Boxes and installed routing hardware.
