Description of Work: Tech came to evaluate problem and had to order part. Part took several weeks to come - had to cancel appt for installation but part arrived in time after appt cancelled. Customer service said that part was still on order even after we had it in hand. Follow up appt took forever and trying to get someone on the phone was a nightmare. Literally four calls and an hour to get someone live.

+ -1 moreOne of the GE factory service repair men came out to take care of it. It went very well; we thought we needed a new refrigerator but it turned out to be just a thermostat that needed to be replaced. The person who came out was very good. He explained everything as he went along and told us exactly what he was doing. Their price was very reasonable; the parts were not expensive but, of course, the labor is not cheap.
Description of Work: I used GE Factory Service to repair my older GE refrigerator.
