We called our local GE appliance repair, and they outsourced the job to another company, without us knowing that it was being done - we didn't realize that we weren't getting someone directly employed by this company to service our issue. He arrived at the end of the 2pm to 5pm window, and, at first, told us that we needed to completely replace our fridge door. My husband had done some research, and knew that there was another fix, and the repair man confirmed this, told us that he needed to order the part, and would call use the following week to schedule the repair. It has now been FOUR WEEKS since the repair person from Okapi was in our home. He did not reach out to us, other than to send us an invoice, and we eventually called him to find out if the part was in. There was a great deal of back and forth to get him on the phone and in contact with the correct person. Once I did get him on the phone, he wouldn't schedule anything for the end of the week bc we were expecting a snow storm the next day, instead of setting up a time and rescheduling if the weather was inclement. At this point, we are so frustrated with the service and the fact that we were unknowingly outsourced to another company that we will be cutting our losses and contacting another repair service. I wish I had known that four weeks ago so we had a working fridge at this point.

I looked online and then called them. The guy showed up as planned. He cleaned the dishwasher and charged appropriately. He was punctual and performed a good service. He also educated us on the proper dishwashing maintenance that we didn't know before. I was pleased with the services.
Description of Work: I called them to repair my dishwasher.
