Great job on my apartment!

Galaxy Maids was a very responsive company and tried their best to accommodate our needs of deep cleaning my father’s 2 bedroom apartment (he has dementia). Unfortunately, the cleaner spent the entire 4 hours cleaning up his small kitchen and did nothing else. They didn’t even mop the kitchen floors, nor offer to stay a little longer to at least do the bathroom. Disappointed. I did tip the cleaner and do appreciate the help but I had to deep clean the rest of the house myself and it only took me an hour (floors, baseboard, windows, etc.). Maybe if you don’t need a deep cleaning, they probably would be faster and are a good fit for your needs.

Galaxy Maids was wildly efficient! Three members came and managed to do the 1 bed 2 bath area in under two hours. They cleaned very well and we're very happy with their service. Would recommend!

The work was well done and thorough. I was pleased with the quality of the service. It was a little pricey for my small apartment Next time I will request 2 workers to complete the job without the need for additional time.

I just needed my bathroom and kitchen cleaned. They arrived early as a team of three. They came with their own supplies and were straight to the point. They asked where needed to be cleaned and they took care of it to a T. They were very efficient and professional. They even finished early and started a quick clean of my baseboards. I was very satisfied with the service provided here and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good home cleaning service to give this company a look.

Extremely happy with the service we received today! The team was right on time and provided stellar service. We requested a move-in / deep clean and are very satisfied with the result. They took their time and paid attention to all the details. Will definitely book again & recommend.

The team is always through with cleaning! I've had the same team for a very long time, and since, they have learned what I like and dislike and do an amazing job everytime!! I've been able to build a relationship with them and they are very personal and outgoing while remaing professional at all times! The team at Galaxy maids was incredible! A friend recommended the service after I had some home renovation completed and had quite the mess to deal with. Booking the cleaning was very easy. The team that showed up was friendly, professional and moved everything I asked them to and cleaned it all up spotlessly. Will absolutely be using them again.
