+ -1 moreBeyond expectations. Two workmen showed up within the window they gave me, and they were efficient, clean/neat, and pleasant to work with. What's more, they charged me slightly less than the estimate; not sure why but I didn't ask! I would highly recommend them. They were able to come to my apartment within a couple of days of my initial request.
Description of Work: I had to have my A/C window unit installed 'to code' with a metal frame, secured into window, etc. so it wouldn't fall out / hurt someone; pretty standard, but needed to be professionally done.

+ -1 moreAir conditioner was ordered at the company's office and an appointment date set for the next day. Workman completed the work required quickly and properly; went well!
Description of Work: Removed an old window air conditioner. Installed new unit and checked operation. Also replaced brackets for a second window air conditioner located in an adjacent room. The installers telephoned me approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival in order to give sufficient time to meet them at the apartment.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME WHEN THEY CAME. THEY INSTALLED EVERYTHING RIGHT, BECAUSE IT HAS WORKED EVER SINCE. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
