+ -1 moreI have emailed and called the company several times and did not receive any response. According to my contract, they were suppose to install the two A/C's in the windows of my new apartment. Only one A/C was transferred to my new apartment and left in the middle of the floor. The second A/C remained in the old apartment. I paid for this service to move and install my A/C's in my new apartment which was not accomplished. I had to incur extra charges to have someone move and connect my 2 A/C's. Very disappointed!!
Description of Work: Two groups of men were sent to complete the move. First set of men were excellent and punctual but the second group of men moved my sofa and one of the two window air conditioners. They disconnected one A/C from the window and left it in the middle of the floor of the new apartment. They never moved the second window A/C from the old apartment.
