+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I REALLY LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY TREATED MY CARPET FIRST TO GET THE STAINS OUT, AND THEN THEY CAME BACK TO CLEAN IT. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY ARE A LITTLE ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE, BUT THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO TREAT AND CLEAN MY CARPET.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND THE TREATMENT REALLY DOES WORK. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT QUICKLY, AND THEY CAME RIGHT ON TIME. I DO PLAN ON HAVING THEM COME BACK IN THE FUTURE, AND TREATING SOME OTHER THINGS THAT I HAVE ACQUIRED.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND APPLIED A CHEMICAL TO MY UPHOLSTERY, TO MAKE IT STAIN RESISTANT. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A PRODUCT TO APPLY TO THE UPHOLSTERY, IN CASE SOMETHING DID GET ON IT TO HELP REMOVE THE SPOT OR STAIN.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY WERE NOT INVASIVE. IT WAS QUALITY WORK, AND THEY DID THE JOB THAT I HAD EXPECTED. IT DIDN'T TAKE A LOT OF TIME. IT WASN'T MESSY. THEY HELPED PUT THINGS BACK. THEY MADE MY HOUSE LOOK THAT MUCH NICER.
Description of Work: RUGS AND A COUPLE CARPETS AND DRAPES WERE CLEANED.
