EZ Switch

On the day of installation, the technicians, Ed and Dave arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and efficiently. After they left, we experienced some technical issues between the camera software and the network. I immediately reached out to Alex. He responded quickly, and he and Ed returned the next day to troubleshoot. They were relentless! They made every effort to resolve our issue. Although there are still a few kinks to work out, with our internet provider, our overall experience with EZ Switch was excellent. I highly recommend Alex and his team if you are considering a surveillance system.

We brought Alex and EZ Switch in at the last minute to complete this project under a tight deadline before we moved in the space. He knew exactly what needed to be done and was very good at explaining the process and advising us on some issues. He and his team came in after hours and completed the project ahead of schedule.

It went great. It was a little lengthy. It took over 9 hours and they had to keep coming back because my router was knocked out by verizon. As per what they said and I couldn't view my system via phone. So they had great difficulty getting the system to work properly. I can say they stayed at it until they got it to work. So far its working. As of today they got it to work. If I have any difficulty I will come back and update this review. The guys are great, professional and they want to see the job done correct just like you do. Which speaks good of them, because some companies just take your money and don't care.

Alex helped us with choosing quality equipment that fit within our budget. He and his team worked tirelessly over the course of two days to install the system. And then Alex came back alone on two separate days to fine tune it and make sure it was working optimally, including making several trips back and forth to Long Island to get supplemental parts. He is a perfectionist that is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled in his field. We are so happy with the results and couldn't recommend him more highly.

As I stated the job went very well. They installed camera on the outside of my house. I already have them coming back to do more work. They were professional, clean, neat and accurate. It was a good experience. They took a while and this was due to me running out to do a couple of things since I was home on this day. They were understanding and while I went out they took a lunch break and that was good for me because it allowed me to do what I had to do. They explained everything they were doing. My husband is a handy man (I didn't allow him to do it because ladies we know that can take forever for our husbands to do things, LOL). But my husband was impressed with them. He appreciated the fact that they explained what they were doing, why they were doing it that particular way, etc. So once he was impressed I knew it was good. I have recommended this company to others already. If they continue to do jobs like they did mine you will be happy with this company. They were prompt and on time to my pre appointment and the day of their servicing. Great Company!!!!!
