Express Plumbing HTG & Gas Leak

It went well. I appreciate working with Greg for a number of reasons--he's easy to schedule, he knows how to troubleshoot, he always explains what he's doing. He comes prepared. He does the work right; he won't rush a job just to finish it--he's very professional, careful and meticulous with the work he does and he's very careful not to damage anything (like handles, escutcheons, tile, etc.) He also has a very good memory for the plumbing in my apartment and can recommend things I should or shouldn't do/should or shouldn't alter. He's done many jobs for me over the years and I can always rely on him. (The cost of this job may seem high for the simple description, but it was complicated and required some high-end parts.)

They are really great and should definitely be on Angie's List. They can do anything. The guy sat there for 12 hours straight fixing our boiler in the middle of winter when it died. We bought kind of a fancy radiator that they installed. It was a bit of a complicated installation, they had to cut out part of the base boards in our Victorian Townhome. It required two days of work on their part. It was $675 including the price of the radiator. The only issue is that they have an employee who will call to say he is coming, but then sometimes he will forget and go to other people's homes and take care of stuff. I think he wanders around the neighborhood fixing things. Sometimes you have to call him twice, but then sometimes he comes right over. If he says he's going to be there at a certain time then he will be there, but if he just says he'll be there tommorrow then he might not show up. I'd rate them high in every thing else and I will definitely continue using them.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY QUOTE MARKET PRICE, BUT THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY WERE NICE TO HAVE IN MY HOME BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL.
