Epstein Engineering, P.C. established in 1981, is New York's premier firm in the areas of Exterior Restoration, Local Law 11 Compliance and the Evaluation of Complex Water Penetration Conditions. The firm's CEO and Senior Principal Alan S. Epstein, PE, MSCE, ESQ., LEED, AP has been involved with Local Law 11 Façade Inspections and Exterior Restoration projects since New York’s first façade inspection law was enacted more than 30 years and is the author of 5 update versions of The Manual for Local Law 11 Compliance, the only publications of its kind. Epstein Engineering, P.C., as the Consultant for the restoration of many of New York's most notable and distinguished properties, utilizes state of the art scaffolding, optical equipment, communications systems and computer technologies to assess and resolve complex exterior facade problems on Hi-Rise and designated Landmark buildings. The firm takes a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving so that the Client's needs, finances and resources are always of paramount concern.

He monitors the work of the contractors. Once he files a report, you don't have to worry about if it is going to pass or not. He's the top guy in the city.
Description of Work: He did an inspection of the roof and the area where the water was coming into the apartments.
