Description of Work: "Good product at reasonable price. Carpet Sales person had limited number of samples, but I was able to find what I was looking for. | |Installers did a good job and left the worksite reasonably clean. | |Scheduling was an issue. Installer never showed up and never called on the first day. Showed up well past the promised window on subsequent 2 days and stayed very late (8:45 PM) both days. | |I had to call Customer Service far too many times. It was fairly helpful, but be prepared for long wait on Hold . |"

Description of Work: Multiple errors in product ordering. Installation went well enough. They were supposed to install hardwood, but could not for some reason, so we had to use laminate. Carpeting was too small and had to be rescheduled. Overall it took four days of us having to take off from work for what should have been 1 and 1/2 days worth of installation.

Description of Work: It took three appointments until they finally arrived to install floor. |The first two times they said they did not have the flooring I ordered. |When the installation began,the workers told me it would take more than |the one day promised. After some discussion, they said they would be able to complete the job in on day. In the end I was satisfied with the floor but it was a frustrating process.

Description of Work: We had carpeting installed in our office By Empire in '13. The carpet looked great, installers were neat and on time. Company was good as a whole but in research after a bit more overpriced for the actual carpet. Since installation, the carpet has become loose with ripples throughout and is not in a high traffic area. Also, we had to fix some tack strip that came through the carpet and were in the doorway, often sticking you in the foot.
