Description of Work: set up for an estimate and Tom came promptly as scheduled. Tom was very pleasant and thorough in describing how work would be done and procedures. He emailed me the most comprehensive estimate I have ever received from a contractor and for that alone I will consider using him. His was the highest estimate I received for repointing house brickwork (625 sqft) and replacing window lintels but his estimate includes thorough details of what his work is to include than the other 2 contractors estimates I received verbally. I plan to have this outside work done in the spring of 2013.
