Did a decent enough job but not that hard to change a chain on a roller blind though, once you know what you're doing. However charged $175!! The guy took about 20 minutes. That's a better hourly rate than most people in banking!

Empire Window Treatment Center did a beautiful job on my silk curtains. I am very happy. Their customer service is excellent. I would recommend them highly!

Empire was the best find! Searched for blind repair and he came removed my 2 125 inch blind repaired the cords and offered cleaning. Additional took my wool and silk rug and cleaned it. I was concerned that they would clean it properly but blinds came back like new and rug was cleaned to perfection. Remains soft and plush. (In the past another vendor destroyed another wool rug that I had to discard). 100% pleases. Returned and completed job sooner than the 2 weeks they said it would take. Would definitely recommend this company.

They cleaned my blinds following a mold remediation. They were able to get the water stains out of the Hunter Douglas Luminettes, which are extremely delicate. They cleaned my cornice and my Hunter Douglas Vingettes which the contactors had dropped globs of spackle on. They cleaned it within a week and re-installed them. The blinds even smell nice. They do carpet cleaning as well but the price they quoted was very high for my area.

Lovely person. However, what I wanted done with creating a functional wand for the blinds was not accomplished though offered the price of a brand new blind to have fixed this.

I had my shades cleaned and rehung. They were friendly, fast and efficient but expensive.

Great service didn’t up sell me and helped me pick great window treatments.

In replacing the shades, the workman broke up all tv cables under the window. Now I have to get them fixed. Need a home call from Verizon with charges in order to do that.
