Beautiful blinds, excellent quality, installation was terrific. A very professional company one which I cannot say enough good things about! Definitely will use them again!

Eli, the owner was very responsive to my calls and texts. He came quickly, did the job quickly and it looks great. His assistant Gabino was excellent at hanging the blinds as well as being very neat. The job site was cleaned up beautifully when they were done. I would highly recommend them for future jobs that I have. They were a breath of fresh air in New York City.

Empire is expensive and they don t prefer credit card payments but they are very professional and do good work.

Prompt response. I needed 2 chains and 1 clutch to be replaced on roller shades. Cost of materials on Amazon would ve been a total of $38. Empire charged $240 for the service effectively breaking down to $200 for labor. The job took only one hour! I might add I negotiated the price down which I suggest everyone do. It was still outrageous!!

This company reached out to me, showed up the same week to give me an estimate, took my 7 oversize roller shades that day and returned them the following week.The shades were very dirty -- 15 years of urban grit -- and I wasn't sure if I should clean and replace. Empire recommended cleaning, even though they sell new ones. They hand-washed them and replaced the clamps and chains. They are as good as new. I am thrilled.

Eli showed up within one day of my contacting him, repaired one wooden venetian blind, did an excellent job of cleaning two others which were 22 years old and filthy, did a minor repair on one roll-up shade and cleaned it and another one - all for $500. He returned everything less than a week later, earlier than promised, and installed everything in less than an hour
