Description of Work: Orin came to my apartment to change both of the locks of the door within an hour after we called. He even fixed the handle of my door without charging me extra. He did above and beyond with great professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend him and this company to anyone.

+ -1 moreThe locksmith (Oren) was very friendly and polite on the phone, kept in good contact, and arrived on time, calling me to let me know he was en route. He was well prepared and had all the tools necessary on hand. I didn't know where the wires were but he was quite familiar with the kind of system that was installed and knew where to look. I don't know how long the job took as I left him there with the neighbor, but when I got back all was clean and functional. Throughout he was polite and friendly, and seemed quite honest and trustworthy, and I felt comfortable having him in my house with access to my keys! He went the extra mile to match the new handle to the old one, and retained the same keys for us. He explained all the fees and I felt that he was being honest about the prices and labor costs. All in all a good experience and I would highly recommend him to my friends!
Description of Work: The locksmith installed a buzzer system for the front door of a house with three apartments. The wiring had been done by an electrician but they apparently don't install the buzzer release lock system itself. The locksmith removed the old handle, connected the loose wires to the lock release, installed a new strike plate and whatever else goes in there, put in a new doorknob and handle, as well as a door closer. He chose a handle that closely matched the earlier one, and kept the same keys for convenience.
