Description of Work: Provider not able to remedy humidity or mold issues in my basement. Spent an hour going over the work needed in my basement as far as a complete renovation. However, the basement needs extensive work which the $4999 would not cover. Also provider is not available to do any work for me until August.

Description of Work: I bought the "big deal" coupon for this vendor...they were polite over the phone, was flexible w/my work schedule and came after 6:30p on a weekday...two employees came out to get the job done faster...they were prompt, professional, polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to explain the process of what they were doing, why they could not do something if I didn't have the right materials or equipment and let me know where I could obtain it so they could complete it next time around. My main issue was my tub..it was slightly detached from the wall and I was afraid of mold issue so they cleaned up my caulking job and used their own silicone to fix it...obviously a simple job but because I obviously didn't know what I was doing it saved me a headache. Because it was quicker and simpler than we all thought they stated they would give me a $30 credit for the next time I need them. Happy w/them overall.
