Elite Tech Remodeling

George and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. To put it succinctly: They did what they said they were going to do. They did a little MORE than they said they were going to do. They did it when they said they were going to do it. It cost exactly what George quoted in his estimate. Overall, George and his team were very communicative, gave excellent guidance when it came to choosing/purchasing materials for the project, and were very flexible and cooperative throughout. I chose all the design elements and purchased all the materials, but George definitely understood what I was going for design-wise and made decisions and recommendations along the way that helped me get there. I'm very pleased with the results.

George has done work for me before and has always gone above and beyond, and this job was no exception. It was 1/2 day work and everything went very well. George and his associate did everything I requested very quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

First off I would like to say that George is very professional and punctual. He is licensed and insured and provided all documents to that effect. George and his crew started this project September 29th. They worked almost everyday from 8am to 6pm and on some days late into the evening until the project was finished November 1st. Communication was great and George was always available to address any concerns that I may have had. I received receipts for every payment I made to him and the the project was completed a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. In addition he upgraded my kitchen counters and back-splash to granite for no additional charge. Given the scope of this project I found the price to be very reasonable. All trash from the project was removed and it was mostly a carefree experience. I would defintely recommend him being that he is trustworthy and will stay true to his word regarding materials used and timing for the project.

Where do I begin? I can start by telling you that George worked around my schedule to get the job done. I can also share that the team came early and stayed late to get the work done in an expeditious manner. Their eye for detail was of great comfort to me. they took pride in their work. Each team member was skilled in a specific area and I was thoroughly pleased with their workmanship. They went above and beyond their work in my home. I was so pleased with the quality of their work that I hired them to do my mother's entire kitchen, bathroom and living room the following month.

George was scheduled to begin work on the day of a snow storm. That would have scared some away but not George from Elite Tech. George and his team were once again determined to start and complete the job in a timely and efficient manner. They came early and stayed late. They completed this assignment within a two week period and the finished product was superb. I am extremely pleased with the quality, responsiveness and professionalism displayed by George and him team.

It was absolutely fantastic experience! They did an amazing job. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

George was very easy to work with and worked around my schedule. Dennis the painter for a day showed up on time, even it is difficult to find parking in my neighborhood. I showed Dennis what had to be done, he when walked around and found things he though should be done. When he was done with that and there was time left , he painted over all the marks on all the walls. It looks like the whole apartment was painted. Great job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I didn't pay any additional fees.

Great! I have not yet met another contractor who is as prompt and reliable as Denis was this weekend. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and did far more work than expected for my money. He also went above and beyond, by offering me some great tips for inexpensive visual improvements to my home.

I messaged then on January 9th it's January 17th and there was no response at all

George was very prompt. He finished the job in 5 hours, and did a fabulous job on very old walls. Iw old definitely use his services again.

I thought perhaps by purchasing this deal that I can get the job done right away but I was wrong. They contacted me quickly but when I called back, I was told that they're on vacation and cannot render the service until after the start of the new year and that I should call back Jan 7th to schedule something. That's just too much waiting time as I need to move into my apartment around Jan 2nd and I need to get it painted prior to the move in date. So unfortunately, I have to find someone else to do the job which is the reason for why I am cancelling.

George has been terrific from the beginning to the end.He gave us a fair quote, submitted paperwork insurance license and started as agreed. I only have good things to say... The crew was nice and I was amazed how punctual they where, always on time. The place looks pretty and would definitely use them again. Good job guys and thank you..... Ira Shen

George the owner showed up ontime both times i invited him for a walk thru. He provided a price that we both agreed was fair for remodeling a incomplete basement. We discussed the scope a number of times in detail where George seemed like he took notes. When he presented a contract it was literally blank, just price. I attempted to rework the contract as much as possible and include as much details as possible but it did prove to be impossible in the end. George promised he would have the entire project complete with in 4 week, maybe 5 at most. I asked as one of my requirements not run the entire job with a one man crew, George agreed that will not happen. To make a long story short, the project went on for two and half months with one worker. George attempted to recycle the material he demod from my basement and fought me for every dollar he had to spend. He disregarded the contract completely and any details in it. Once George declared he was finished, the work was incomplete or done improperly. Basically it was amateur hour, walls were showing old paint, all seams in the sheetrock were visible, new floor was covered in grout and wrong material was used through out the basement. It took two weeks for George to come back in to fix what was incomplete or broken. George is a young guy who is trying to make his way but he is more focused on getting paid and not providing any quality of work for what he is paid for. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this company, nothing good will come from doing work with George.

The workers were nice and very pleasant. I got his name from Angie’s List. He has a nice personality and he responds on time. He came back on Saturday and was very apologetic and came back to do the job correctly.

he found the leak that i had some else fix about five years ago and they use cheap claps to hold the rubber elbow. He had to go to the store and get the right clap and put it in. The price i paid was a little to high,but what are u going to do if u want the job done. I still have to replace the sheet rock my self and put back the vanity

Being a single woman living alone without any knowledge of home improvements, I was pretty nervous going into this process that someone would try to take advantage of me. I knew from my first meeting with George, the owner of Elite Tech, that he was going to be the right choice. He is incredibly honest and forthcoming, responsive, smart, collaborative and has a sense of humor. While the experience was still stressful, I'm quite sure working with Elite Tech made it was pleasant as it could possibly be. Every worker I encountered was friendly and polite, and the mess of construction was contained as neatly as possible so I was able to live in the apartment once the painting was done. My apartment was in pretty rough shape and is vastly improved. While there is much work that could still be done, George and his team did an amazing job making it look as good as possible while sticking to my budget.

I purchased a Big Deal from Elite Tech USA to repair the damage done to my basement by Sandy. When I called George the first time and explained my situation, he promptly set up an appointment to come check out my basement. The basement took a hard hit from Sandy - all of my walls had been ripped out previously due to mold, and my floors were peeling off due to the water sustained (5 feet of water). George worked with me and within my budget to try to get the job done to my satisfaction. The price went up a bit over the original Big Deal package because I decided to get a tile floor vs. carpeting, but still was within a reasonable rate and well worth the price. In addition, my basement was much bigger than the 300 sq. feet specified in the Deal. One of the best things about Elite Tech USA is their responsiveness and professional way of working. Every time I needed to call George about anything, he picked up the phone himself. Not once did I get voicemail or someone promising to get back to me. I've never worked with any home improvement outfit that operates this way, and that alone is worth considering when you are hiring a contractor. Once we set a date for the work to begin, the guys were at my home every morning by 7:30 at the latest and started to work without any nonsense, such I've experienced with other contractors or home improvement people. They worked straight through the day, and did a wonderful job. I had mentioned my work schedule to George at the beginning, and said I really needed the job to be finished within 2 weeks. The crew worked with my schedule and even completed everything a few days early! But they didn't skimp on anything - the basement looks beautiful. Oh, and one more thing -- they cleaned up all of the debris at the end of the job and left nothing for me to cart away or dispose of. Would definitely hire them again!

Overall, the service was fantastic. Two men arrived on time and listened as the jobs were explained. They could not perform every job on the list either due to their not having the expertise or our not having the right parts for the fix. When that happened, they explained why and told me how I could fix some of the problems myself when I was able to get the appropriate parts. All work was completed in a timely fashion. In fact, they were so quick that they finished before the amount of time that we had paid for with the deal. No complaints, though, as they would have been happy to keep working if we had more work for them. They were just very efficient.

Called to get a quote about a bathroom remodeling, I was expecting to make a appointment so that contractor could look at space and give me a quote... But in less than 2nm on phone I as quoted $8000 for bathroom remodeling, the only info I gave him was : need floor tiling and shower redone and expended. Strangely enough 2 contractors came to my home before giving a quote and their prices were 30% lower... In any case I still don't know how George could quote me $8000 for the renovation without visiting the space or knowing exactly the size of bathroom and scope of work.

Very nice work. Owner was very friendly and willing to negotiate. Owner even spent time doing work himself. Very hands on professional. No subcontracting at all. Workers arrived on time every day and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend and use them again in future.

George and his crew are top notch. I was most impressed with their timeliness--the crew arrived at my house like clockwork between 6:45am and 7:00am every morning. The crew is very respectable and they pay attention to details. The basement was completely gutted and redone to our exacting specifications. George personally showed up for critical phases of the project and was ALWAYS accessible via a phone call/text/or email which put me at ease. However the one thing that really put ELITE Tech over the top was George's response to a problem which occurred after I gave him my final payment. In short a drain was not working properly and I thought that George would place me on the "back burner" since he had other projects going on. In true fashion to his past performance George immediately made my problem his problem. In a matter of 72hrs my problem was resolved. Furthermore, George personally came with 1 other crew member and spent 10hrs in my basement essentially manually digging through concrete to fix the drain. I remember it was hot that day and he did not stop until my problem was solved and the drain worked. Other contractors in the area need to take a page from George's book because he and his crew are truly in every sense of the term--ELITE!!!!

I called George and made an appointment for 4pm on 8/15. He asked it I had the caulking, sandpaper, paint and paint brush.. I told him I didn't have the caulking, sandpaper and paint. I told him I was not sure what kind of caulking, sandpaper and paint to get. George said he'd get the caulking and sandpaper. He explained to me exactly what kind of paint to get: semi-gloss, primer included, water based and etc. On the day of the appointment George called to say he could come earlier. He arrived around 2:30pm. He was very polite and pleasant. George checked the windows and promptly started the work. He explained some things as he worked, like how to sand the wood and apply the caukling. He could tell the windows hadn't been maintained and asked me it one of them had been leaking. He told me the windows should be maintained on a regular basis. When he finished the windows he asked if there was anything else I needed done. I said no. He said he noticed the caulking round my back door needed replacing. When he started to remove the old caulking I could see it was really bad. I had not noticed how bad it was. There was a lot of caulking missing and there was a wide gap between the bottom of the door saddle and the stoop. You could actually see a little of the insulation in the gap. George asked me if had any leaks in the basement. He was surprised water hadn't leaked down into the basement. He pugged the gap and caulked the opening. I'm thankful he noticed the caulking around the back door needed replacing. Water would have eventually leaked into the basement. When he was finished with the windows he told me I didn't need the other can of paint that I had given him to use. George didn't need to use all of the sandpaper and caulking he had purchased. He gave me the receipt to return them and told be to return the paint. The Elite Tech USA coupon was $99. The cost of all the supplies came to approx. $28.00.
