I met George few years ago through my friend when i lived in Nassau county. I am writing review just to let other customers about the excellent company i deal with. George always picks up phone, he is personally involved in project, his guys are very polite no loud music, clean and efficient. Easy to work with from design to follow ups. I do recommend George if you want to get reliable contractor!

Met with George a few months prior to go over the job. I was going to rip out the ceiling and walls down to the studs and he was to lay down vinyl tile flooring, restud 3/4 of the walls, sheetrock, spackle, paint and frame out two doors and move a wall. This job was done on time, on budget and handled very professionally. Everything looks great and we are very happy and would certainly use george and his team again they pride themselves on quality work and also give tips and advise during the job. Great Contractor would you would be lucky to have come do your job big or small!!

We met with George, the owner, months in advance to discuss the details of the work to be done. In addition to the original deal for a finished basement, we had additional work done, which included installing all new electrical outlets and ceiling lights where we had none, baseboard heating, a bathroom and a slop sink and closing off the heating area. When we were ready, he and his workers came the day before work was to start and they went over the details of everything to be done with us. During the three weeks that they worked (except for Sundays and July 4), the workers were in constant contact with George. They were very professional and worked very hard and made sure that everything was done according to our wishes. We had all the interior walls painted one month before this work was scheduled and they were very careful to make sure they did not damage anything. In addition, to be sure they did not damage the walls or ceilings, and in order to accomplish any of this work in the first place, they temporarily removed the railings on the steps leading to the basement which would have made it impossible for them to carry sheet rock and other large items into the basement. After work was completed, George followed up with a visit to go over everything to make sure everything was done and in working condition and met our standards. They did a beautiful job and we highly recommend them.

He walked in with an assistant and immediately declared that I had 1-1/2 hours of his time (not the 3 hours I contracted for). I gave him the list and he went thru the list and told me the items he could not fix - he could not install towels rods in the bathroom because he does not want to drill thru tiles, he could not fix the weak hinges in the kitchen and he could not fix the door. Meanwhile his assistant spent the better part of an hour hanging six pictures above the door. Lastly, I asked him to re-caulk the area around the tub. Again, he said he could not do it. He would have to first take off the old caulking with acid which would be an hour's time. He said the whole tiled bathroom had to be recaulked and that he could do this for $1,000.

I have no complaints about the work that was completed, it was beautiful. But they were supposed to fix a window and they did not. They told me they had to order the window. I expected the window to arrive in a few weeks but it never did. Someone did come out a month ago, but it was the wrong part. Now it has been 3 months, and they still have not fixed the window.

George and his team were great. They were all very professional and George was very responsive, even after the job was completed, when a small part of our ceiling needed to be spackled. They were always punctual, helped us to buy our materials and sometimes even took us to Home Depot to help us do so. We also needed the sheetrock on our ceiling to be installed, instead of plaster, in an area where we previously had problems with leaking, which they did quickly and efficiently. They also changed a shower body that wasn't working, so we could use that shower while our other two full bathrooms were being renovated. They also changed a toilet flusher for us. When there was a problem with some leaking from one of the bathrooms, George immediately responded and gave some advice so that the water wouldn't leak as much. Then they addressed the matter fairly quickly, brought new valves, and repaired the ceiling where water leakage damaged the ceiling very cleanly. I am very happy with the jobs they did overall and would recommend them to anyone who appreciates friendly professionals to improve your home.

George and his crew did a fabulous job. They started the job on the day promised and completed the work on time, which was wonderful for me and my husband because we had to move out until the work was complete. George did everything he promised and more. He had great decorating ideas and was extremely knowledgeable about construction and materials. I took his advice on many of our purchases and I am glad I did...the apartment looks great !! Anyone who has had construction done in their home knows that it can be very anxiety provoking with many set backs but I am happy to say that George was extremely responsive to all of my phone calls and concerns and reassured us every step of the way. He and his crew were extremely capable, friendly and professional. I don't have enough good things to say about Elite Tech USA...excellent experience from beginning to end!!

Brought in around 10 folks in 1 week. All his crew were professional folks. The great thing about George is he picks up the phone anytime you call him. Responds to issues or problems immediately. I had a faulty shower panel ..he came to fix the problem. I will be hiring him again in the future to finish my basement.

Elite tech did a great job in our basement. We were very pleased with the final result. George and his crew were professional throughout the whole process, George also very good in terms of responding to you quickly to our questions and would notify us if he was running late. The workers would also stay late and even come in on weekends if necessary to stay on schedule. We highly recommend Elite Tech and would definitely hire them again for any future home improvement projects. Our only regret is not finding them sooner.

Very professional, beautiful attention to detail, hard working, polite. Great price, excellent work. Also did extras when we asked - sourced & installed air conditioner & pantry door for just cost of materials.

I purchased Elite Tech's $111 Angie's List deal for three man-hours of handyman work. George and his companion arrived nearly an hour late. I reviewed a list of 10 or so tasks with George (I don't believe his companion spoke English) and tried to give George the list, but he refused to accept it (weird). Since the deal was for three man hours, I assumed that they would be working independently for the entire 1.5 hours, however, they spent an inordinate amount of time consulting each other, which I thought to be an inefficient use of time. I asked George to install a shower rod but, while doing so, he drilled into a pipe behind the bathroom wall. After interrupting the other fellow to consult about the damage, thereby preventing the man from completing his assigned tasks, George gave me a spiel about why he was not responsible for repairing the hole. Yet, when I got my husband involved, he relented and agreed to have a licensed plumber stop by the following day. This discussion took about thirty minutes. Due to their inefficient use of time, they completed fewer than half of the tasks on the list in 1.5 hours. I was also displeased that they did not clean up the debris from drilling and that George used my bathroom without asking as he did not use the bathroom that I reserve for guests. The following day, George's plumber arrived one hour early. Before beginning the work, I asked to see his license and insurance. He said he didn't have these items on his person. I told him that I would prefer to see these items beforehand and that he could even have someone fax or email these items to me. He refused and then left. George did offer to pay my own plumber to fix the hole, however, after speaking with my own plumber, I did not bother as it would not require much more than a little sealant.

George and his partner were able to take care of all our needs to spruce up our apartment for sale. They were quick and thorough. I believe the part I liked most was how George would talk and address the situation from the perspective of a potential buyer and how they would be seeing the apartment. In doing so he was able to point out a few things to take care of that I had overlooked. His quote was good and he took care of acquiring all materials absorbing the cost of them and a few other things he saw he needed after starting work.

George did job I requested, plus did additional items I asked for professionally. I would definately recommend his services.

I bought the package, he called immediately, but appointments not until the end of April. Just to let those with more pressing jobs know.

They called, set up a specific time- showed up on time. Gave me an estimate of the time, exact cost and were done within the time. Cleaned up after themselves.

He said $300 at first. When he finished he just charged $150. I felt dooped. It was like he was just making it up as he went along. I thought it was all an act.

George is a very nice guy. He returned calls/emails promptly and always arrived on time. He was easy to work with and the quality of his work was excellent. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. There was a problem however in his cleaning up after the job. There was a lot of dust left everywhere in the house.

George from Elite Tech was great. He and his team went above and beyond the services and work initially scoped out, which include bathroom work, electrical and general handymen work. Very knowledgeable contractor. They were very punctual, professional and made sure that the work was done to our satisfaction. Definitely would use Elite Tech again.

Re electronics work: Mr. Menabde seems to be an intuitive expert with electronics and was able to get both systems up and running in a remarkably short time. He was very helpful in demonstrating the multiple uses of the videocam security system. He also tackled several smaller handyman jobs outside -- fixing a misaligned gate, stabilizing wind-blown 6' fencing panels that were loose, replacing outdoor floodlight bulbs that were out of my reach. Mr. Menabde's partner expertly prepped and painted the small bedroom (including the ceiling) with a minimal of disruption. The space and was left neat and clean. The men helped me to move what was needed and required minimal input from me. The quality of work is very good. Mr. Menabde had creative ideas for updating use of the basement space. His suggestions stayed within the budget parameters I outlined and were sensitive to meeting our changed household needs and to increasing home value. He also seemed knowledgable of our very stringent Town codes. I haven't received a final estimate yet but the proces we discussed were definitely fair for the work discussed. We also discussed new countertops and flooring for the kitchen. Here, too, his suggestions were helpful and his estimates for both work and materials seemed to be definitely in a more-than-fair range.

Everthing went well, and handled in a professional, timely manner.

I live in an older home from the 1930s and I needed to replace two existing one-piece toilets with something a little more modern. I also have a leak on another toilet that I am looking for some advice on how to fix. After buying two new toilets from home depot I decided to Elite Tech USA Inc to do the installation. They were running a $111 3-hour handyman special so I got that. Right off the bat, George proved his knowledge by asking me questions about how old the house was and due to the age of certain houses, different plumbing codes would affect installation. We discussed materials and different options and I made an appointment for 5PM on 2-27-13. George and another guy showed up and proceeded to removing the old toilets and assessing the situation. Additional parts were needed and George made the trip to home depot to get the stuff so they could complete the installation. They completed the installation as described, swept and cleaned up work area, and moved both of the old toilets to the street for the trash. We also talked about a leak I was experiencing and he gave me his recommendations and what he thought could be the causes. Overall I was very satisfy with the work performed and George's knowledge and professionalism and would consider them again in the future for work that I might need. They get a B for punctuality because they arrived over an hour late although he did inform me as such and he stayed past 9pm to complete the job.

George the contractor from Elite Tech (2040 East 22nd St, Brooklyn, NY 11229) came to our house on time to prepare to give us an estimate for our basement. We told him what we wanted done. First we showed him our exposed central ac unit that it needs to be covered and insulated, which he highly recommended because it wasn't a pleasant sight. Next we showed him our laundry room and right away he pointed out some safety hazards, such as the flimsy plastic dryer vent and the exposed furnace water heater pipes. He recommended us to cover up the furnace and water heater in a wooden enclosure. When we wanted him to help us replace our inside exit door, he helped us save a little money by suggesting to just replace the frame instead. We then told him that we wanted our ceiling redone and when he asked us what type of lights we wanted we said recessed. Again he gave us money saving advice by going for orbital lights, which are not only less expensive but also won't lower the ceiling due to wiring that recess lighting requires. Next we wanted a small storage space in a corner and he suggested an extension where the ac unit is with sliding doors so that when closed you wouldn't even notice it. We also wanted the ugly 70's wooden paneling removed, but thank god he checked what was behind it (concrete) so right away he told us that it might be extra work to put up support beams. Also suggested to maximize space to put up a new wall where the stairs are so it will hold the wall mounted TV. Finally when we mentioned that we thought about putting carpet, he right away disagreed because why cover up the beautiful hardwood floor (another money saving tip). He also suggested that to really spruce up the basement we should install very nice crown moldings. Overall we had a very great experience with George. He is very professional, honest and very knowledgeable of his work. He took his time to go over every detail with us. We look forward to have him and his crew to work on our basement.
