Well. Sales Executive and Installer were very professional and helpful.

They were not reliable at all. They made so many mistakes and made excuses for everything. They were awful. They were not truthful. They wouldn't show up when they said they would and I wouldn't hear from them for days. It was a horror. They didn't clean anything. At the end of the job I had a dining room full of garbage. They didn't cover anything while they were working. I walked in one day and they were sawing in my dining room. They finally finished. They were horrible.

At end of November 2006, they estimated work, measured on December 1st. I signed a contract. It was supposed to be done in a couple of months at most. They kept putting me off (i.e. the designer responsible for this job). He would not say when the cabinets would be available (my feeling was they were never ordered, but I have no proof). I put down a deposit of $1000 (which was subsequently returned). I asked for another designer but was told that the original one would do it and guaranteed it would be by May 15th. Designer called saying it could not be by the 15th and did I want to cancel. At this point (April 20th, 2007) I canceled since they appear quite unreliable. Each time over many phone calls, I asked if they really wanted to do the job - and if not, no hard feelings - I would go elsewhere. Each time I was assured yes they did. I suspect that this was a small job for them at $3400, and not worth bothering with, but of course if that was the case, they should have told me.

THE FINAL RESULT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED THEM TO DO. ALL THE APPLIANCES WORK GREAT, TOO. THE ONLY THINGS I THINK THEY COULD IMPROVE ON ARE THEIR PRICES AND THEIR ARRIVAL TIME. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AND THEY WERE ALWAYS LATE.

I CHOOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THEIR PROXIMITY TO MY HOME. THEY HELPED ME CHOOSE THE BEST UNIT FOR MY SITUATION. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF INSTALLING THE UNIT.
