+ -1 moreThey can be difficult to deal with, however they know what they are doing. They really know the business, however I think they are understaffed. Difficult to get hold of by phone, so go in and talk to them at the counter.

Description of Work: Purchased tiles from them. Design services were excellent, very helpful in making choices (Yssa was the sales person). Delivery was a bit of a process - they gave me a day and time but never showed up but showed up the next day after a follow up call. Pricing, quality and selection were very good.

+ -1 moreEagle has a great selection of tiles. I found a beautiful basket weave for my bathroom floor and a great mosaic for my wall. They provided really good input on tiles, bathtubs, vanities, and fixtures. Unfortunately, their delivery is not nearly as good as their design ability and promises. None of our order was delivered when it was committed. We asked repeatedly for status, but we rarely got updates. It often took weeks to get any response from calls and emails. We have been waiting for several months for a couple of bathroom fixtures and now have to ask for a refund because we can't wait any longer. I will never use eagle again, and I would advise anyone who doesn't have months to wait not to as well.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND HOW TO DO IT. I HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY DO WORK FOR ME FOR TWENTY YEARS. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
Description of Work: THEY COMPLETELY REMODELED MY TWO BATHROOMS FROM FLOOR TO CEILING. THEY REPLACED ALL THE FIXTURES AND PUT TILE AND MIRRORS ON THE WALLS.
