Overall a very pleasant experience. The installer was at my house on time and did an excellent job (I wanted to personally name him in this review but his name slipped my mind). Work was very neat. He took the time to make sure all the wires ran were hidden. He ran outdoor hard wired speakers to a Sonos system so I can control everything with an app on my phone. He took the time to answer all my questions and went over how the app worked with me a few times to make sure I understood everything before he left. I wanted it to work so i can listen to music channels on my direct TV but it was difficult to get it to work with my receiver. The installer took the time to call the maker of my receiver (he was on hold for a very long time) to find out how to get it to my satisfaction. The great services did not end there. A few days later I had trouble getting the service to work. I called after normal work hours and left a message. Within minutes someone called me back and got my system working. I need to add the trouble i experienced had to do with my internet and not any fault of theirs. It seems in my area no matter what service you need to be done, the companies act as if they are doing you a favor to do it often not showing up. I wish I found these guys before I had my home theater systems installed in my house. Totally professional, dependable and I am confident they will show up even if I had a minor problem. Overall, it was a good experience. However, I ended up paying substantially more, and they weren't able to fully conceal the wires and power unit. The two technicians claimed that this was due to the fact that I had too many components such as a VCR, cable box, etc. Aside from this, everything went well.

Everything went well. The man arrived on time, was professional, and did a nice job. The only unexpected thing was that for some reason the wall we were mounting the TV on was not conducive to running wire through, and so instead of having the wires go through the wall, the installer used a small molding to hide the wires.

Service tech arrived on time and installation took less than 30-40 minutes. They were friendly and did a great job cleaning up. I would use DTV In. again and recommend them to friends.

They were awesome! My girlfriend and I are very happy with our choice to use DTV. They mounted a 42" TV on the wall of my condo with minimal issues. They worked efficiently and cleanly and were done sooner than I expected. They asked me reasonable questions regarding the placement of the TV on the wall and where to run the cables before doing any of the work. To my surprise, they even cleaned the fingerprints off the TV at the end due to the mounting. They did run slightly late for our appointment but they called early to give me a heads up and continually kept me in the loop on their expected arrival time. The price was extremely reasonable for the service + equipment. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

John and Shawn are the two guys who run DTV installations. They did an outstanding job and spared no effort. I can recommend them highly. They are experts on the technology, but they are also skilled craftsmen (drilling / dry wall / wiring). Very nice people. We would hire them again.

We called John right before Thanksgiving when our order from another local vendor didn't work out. He promptly came out to the house to provide a quote and review our intended purchases. He made some new recommendations, but did so in a way not to just "up-sell" us. We wanted the installation done in time for Thanksgiving as we had a large group of visitors expected. They were able to quickly schedule the installation. The team was friendly and professional. There was a wiring issue that we noticed the following day. John was on the case immediately and his team was able to come out that same day and resolve the issue. I recommend DTV Installations and plan to use them for future needs.

I had a great experience with this Company. John came and provided an estimate for the service and then we set up an appointment to have the TV mounted a few weeks later. He quoted me a fair price for the work that I wanted done, he provided helpful suggestions on the TV mount and how high the TV should go, was very professional and he made sure everything looked nice afterwards (i.e., centered the TV, made sure the TV, cable and DVD machine were hooked up properly and then tied up the wires with tape to keep everything together, etc.). He also kept the living room floor clean while performing the service. I would use DTV again in the future.

Ivan was punctual and wonderful to have install my flat screen. He politely asked my opinion on my preference of which two beams to install the bracket. Ivan was helpful in explaining how to safely tilt the tv, where to place the cable box and educating me on what kind of sound bar and surge protector to purchase. I was so happy with the work I would like Ivan to hang my mirrors as well!! I would highly recommend them!!!

Wall Mounted 1st TV at deal cost of $299 and 2nd TV (using my mount) at cost of $200. Prompt, Clean, Efficient, Highly Recommended!!!

To put it simply: Perfect. They were in and out in no time and did an A+ job. They found ways to satisfy my needs without cutting any extra holes in the wall nor trying to sell me other electronics to add to my system. Professional, clean job.. well done!

I've used DTV twice before, and I would use them again. Their ability to run and snake wires with minimal (read: NO) cuts in my living room is absolutely amazing. The system looks and sounds great. The team confirms methods, and mounting positions before doing any work. I would advise, however, that you research the equipment they recommend prior to moving forward. Everything was great, but I'm not a huge fan of the Samsung soundbar -- clearly not their fault. It isn't compatible with my TiVo remote, so I'm now stuck getting a universal remote. Planning on using them again.
