The whole process went as smoothly as possible. The end result looks fantastic. There is not one visible wire !! (perfection) One partner,(John) was there for the consultation, and the other partner (Sean) was there for the They both are knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and. supremely patient with my zillion questions. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company, and intend to use them whenever the need arises.

John, Sean and the DTV staff are wonderful! They are very professional and know their equipment well! They installed DTV outside my house. I received a false sanitation ticket and was able to fight it with proof of the cameras. I highly recommend them and would not accept anyone else. Job was done quickly and neatly TV was on when they left. The following morning The TV would not go back on. Light in back of a TV would go on and then went off. Also the universal remote could no longer be used. Confusion on how much o turn TV on?

John responded promptly when contacted initially and provided verbal estimate based on my description of services. He was courteous and scheduled appointment based on availability (given that it was close to Christmas) and came with a helper on the day on time and finished it by 3pm. No issues or complaints since then. He organized the place of work, cleaned up after finishing, tied up cables to avoid clutter - very professional and neat work.

Both jobs were very nicely integrated into the existing walls.? They look and sound fantastic.? It took some work to run the wiring through the walls and ceiling but the work was done well and I've enjoyed using them.

It worked out very well. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They also were very neat. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went smoothly, pretty much according to the original estimate with just a couple (reasonable) tweaks. ?We were happy with how neat and tidy John and his team were with the installation and clean up following. ?They were courteous and responsive throughout.

DTV Installations did a great job installing a flat screen above our fireplace. They did it in a couple of hours without leaving any holes in the wall. They are experts at what they do and made the process seamless for us.

John was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They covered the area they were working in and left everything clean. John even gave us some suggestions and ideas for another installation. Will definitely use him again.

John and Igor arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with giving us the best options to position cables for the DVD player, Surround Sound, and Cable Box. They were very neat and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for other services.

John and his staff are very professional and they do great work. It has been a pleasure working with them. They do quality work and everyone that has seen it has been very impressed with our TV/audio set up. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone.

Igor came from DTV installations. He was very nice and professional. He worked quickly and was careful not to damage our new wall unit. Overall I would definitely use this company and especially Igor again. Highly recommended.

The service provided was on time and very professional. The installation was above what I had before.

John began the job. I liked him -- he seemed like a reasonable, soft spoken and very decent guy. I had a lot of confidence in his knowledge of the subject matter. (When he did make a mistake, such as forgetting to run a cable from the attic to my office, he fessed up to it, apologized and had no problem offering to make up for it.) I never quite felt comfortable with Sean, who John specifically told me worked for him but was not a partner in the business. Sean was always condescending, arrogant and super sloppy, such as screwing on wall plates crooked and loose, leaving dust un-cleaned and scratching up surfaces near his work. John did phases one and two of the project, and I was satisfied. His prices were not cheap, but I liked him and his work. I told him that I didn't feel quite comfortable with Sean, and that I always wanted John there even if Sean was going to work with him. In the last phase of the job, around June 2014, John started disappearing and Sean started showing up with another guy (I think his name was Igor). When the house was pre-wired last year, the home theater room was supposed to have been wired for 5.1 surround, including a wire for the sub-woofer in the back of the room. There was a blank face plate placed on the wall, behind which was supposed to have been the sub-woofer wire. When the system was hooked up, they used a Rocketfish wireless device for my subwoofer and placed it in the front of the room. When I asked why, John said he wasn't sure where I wanted it placed so he used the wireless device for purposes of flexibility. I declined (since I prefer an actual cable), and said I prefer it be as originally ordered. John said "no problem," and this was supposed to have been corrected. Enter Sean, who says he will hook it up to the pre-wired cable. Unbeknownst to me, he takes the whole Rocketfish unit (amazing it fit into the hole), shoves it into the wall behind the wall plate, screws on the wall plate, and tells me he used the wire that was pre-installed behind the wall. I'd never even have noticed it but for the fact that the subwoofer wasn't working well and I started examining the wires at the back of my system rack and saw a Rocketfish unit hidden beneath the rest of the wires. If they forgot to run the wire, why did they but a fake wall plate in the wall? And if the wire is there but they can't find it, then tell me so. As of this date I have no idea whether the wire is actually in the wall. I called John's number many times and left messages for him but he never calls back. I also texted and emailed him, but got no reply. I texted Sean to please have John call me. Sean wrote back, "JOHN IS NOT IN BUSINESS ANYMORE SO THERE IS NO NEED FOR YOU TO SPEAK TO HIM." In sum, I would not go near this business as it is today. Angieslist may want to update the business's profile, because it still shows John's name as the owner.

It all went like clockwork! I couldn't be more satisfied.....

I was very surprised how well the fireplace tv install went. They had to drill out a channel and do finish patch and painting. It looked beautiful when it was done. I was also having a problem with getting my smart tv to work because of a router problem. Sean direct connected the box to the tv and it worked perfectly. Only problem was that I bought the wrong paint type. I bought a gloss paint and it didnt match perfectly. My fault. I bought the paint.

John came to my home to assess the service that I needed and quickly provided a quote via email. In terms of installation, Shawn and Egor came to do the mounting of televisions and connecting all the equipment's. They were mostly very careful with their installation (i.e., opening the walls to do rewiring behind them, etc.). Unfortunately, Shawn accidentally dropped my TV in the family room, resulting in damage to the sound bar of the TV. Given my not-so-pleasant experience with other contractors in the past, Shawn took accountability and apologized. He quickly gave us numerous options to make us whole and we chose to be credited the current value of the damaged TV and have them mount a new one. He quickly scheduled a re-mount and John came to mount the new TV for us. The overall process was very good. Egor did a fantastic patching of the opened sections of walls. Overall, they were very professional team. I would highly recommend their service to others who want to have their audio/video equipment installed in their homes.

The service provider mounted my flat screen television. They also helped move not only my old TV console, but also my new one. Finally, DTV brought 2 mounts for me just in case mine was not sufficient. I appreciated the company's punctuality, professionalism and level of service.
