Description of Work: A 40 inch LED HDTV was unpacked, the stand was attached, and all components were connected. The job was done professionally, pleasantly and very efficiently--these guys definitely know what they are doing! All features of the TV were explained and all questions were answered. Would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: I had a home theatre system installed recently. The work was very professional. John & his partner answered all questions & accommodated my need to have installation done over a period of time. The overall quality of the system is amazing. I would recommend them for future projects.

Description of Work: I live in an old building, so this was not an easy job, running wires -- without it looking as if there were wires. I'm a wire freakazoid, I hate seeing them and had thought about this for a long while, where DTV could possibly go/ solve the issue. Shawn came up with the perfect solution. Some walls were brick, others plaster and another drywall. I also needed to bore out a hole in an expensive antique console to hide the blu-ray player. A very nice cut. Shawn and his helper Oz worked really well together. Despite my "spring cleaning" (i.e., stuff all over the place), they worked around my things, covering everything...not a single speck of dust once they left. Only problem I had is that I had wanted the Samsung flush mount implement, and got a tilt instead. Other than that, these guys were not only easy going and professional, they were also quite fun to hang with for the 2-3 hours they were here. Smart, funny. I would def. recommend them any day of the week. Worth every penny.

Description of Work: I called DTV because I had a tv mounted and a Bose system setup by geek squad who miss lead me into telling me the can hide my rear speaker wires behind the wall but that was a total lie so for weeks I ad my wires out. I spoke to 3 different companies who gav me ideas on how I should run it. I have Venetian plastered walls which cost so much to do and was extremely picky about who I call for the job. I called DTV and spoke to John and asked if he could come and give me a quote. John said he would be there and came with his partner also very professional. They took a look and analyzed my situation with respect for my concern. They were extremely professional courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. He gave me his suggestion which I thought was genius. He asked me if I wanted he can do t now. I was in shock that he would start immediately. I was sold. They hid my wires they were neat clean and was very pleased and will call them and refer them to all my friends. Don't waist your money geek squad call DTV plus their from brooklyn. Got to luv that. Description of Work: I had a TV mounted on the wall. They came and did the job efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards, and now it looks great. All the wires were put behind the wall, so there are no wires hanging from the TV. They were courteous and efficient, and overall I was satisfied with their work. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Sorry that this review is late so I forget some details such as the gentleman's name, exact date and cost. I spoke to him on the phone first and he recommended a surround sound system in addition to the mounting of my TV. It was perfect for me. He brought it with him. I'm usually wary of the add-ons, but this was just right and seemingly with no mark up for him having brought it with him. The job was done quickly and perfectly. I really appreciate the service. Description of Work: the guys installed my flat screen tv on the wall and set up the cables , they came on time, told me exactly what they could do to cause the least breaking in the walls to install the wires, when they saw this was not the right way to go, (due to wall issues) they covered the wires with a covering and you can bearely see it with the tv hanging over it. it looks perfect. I asked a lot of questions and they answered everyone one to my complete satisfaction. they vacumed when they were done replaced my furniture and left this was the best overall experience I have had. and I would recommend this comany to anyone that want reliability and efficency. Description of Work: John easily and quickly mounted my flat screen tv on a plaster wall above a radiator. Some people had said this would be difficult or problematic but he took care of it and told me about the various options - moving mount, still mount, etc... I was also grateful that he suggested the appropriate media cabinet and HDMI cables to buy online so that everything can be complete. I should have had him come over much sooner. Previously I had male friends - stereo geeks - come over to arrange cables, etc... and they couldn't do it. I was so happy that John just took care of everything quickly and easily and told me that I had too many cables and didn't need so many things. He also pointed out that my cable box is not a HD cable box so I haven't been watching HD for the few months. I can't wait for him to come back and set everything else up once the media cabinet arrives. He was also on time, punctual and professional - you should hire him!!!

Description of Work: I just had my TV installed on the wall of my family room! I'm very happy with John's work. He's a very nice guy and is very patient and professional explaining things to me, like how high/low on the wall I want to the TV to be, how to switch to another TV later, he also made sure my TV/phone/internet all work normally before he left. Overall, a very good service. I would hire John again.

Description of Work: Had a TV installed on the wall. Excellent work and showed up on time. Very accomodating as I needed to add 2 speakers to the wall. Wish I had used them for all the other TV's I put up. I would highly recommend them.
