It's working just fine. He cleaned up so thoroughly! He cleaned the whole bathroom floor for me, replaced rugs in the kitchen and was just a very pleasant man!

Provider was from the Bronx office, under same ownership as Manhattan office. Victor was very courteous and professional. He got right to work and did not make a mess under the sink. Given that he did not need to open the pipes, price was reasonable though not a bargain. (Definitely better than some of the name-brand sewer cleaning companies.) We used a $5 coupon that we found on the drainkleen.com website.

I called Joe (the owner) on Wednesday to get my drain snaked. The workers showed up later that day and were very polite. They were trying to snake through the PVC kitchen drain access which snapped off. They were unable to snake the drain and suggested it may be a full septic tank. The employees called joe to give them the status including the broken pipe. Joe told me that I could pay him to have someone come out and fix it, despite his employee telling me that he shouldn't have been snaking through a PVC pipe in the first place, to which I declined. The next day I had the septic tank pumped and the drain line didn't clear. So I called up joe right away to see if he could have someone come out. At this point we were without drains for 3 days and we had 4 month old twins. He assured me that someone would be out that day. At 1pm he calls or tell me they are on their way. An hour later he calls and asks if they could come the following day, showing that they weren't actually on their way when he called before. I tell him about the twins and he assures me they will be out that day. I don't here anything. So by 7pm I assume no one is coming and I put my babies to sleep. An hour later my doorbell rings. My wife answers and tells the person that he cannot snake the drain as the babies were asleep. The next day Joe calls and asks whether or not we want them to come out or a refund. We tell him we want a refund and he says that we will get it within a week. Over a month later and nothing from Joe. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After calling around all week in the middle of a snow and ice storm, I spoke to Joe from Drain Keel late Friday morning. Joe said he could send someone out that day between 4 and 6pm. I was very happy to hear this as we had been living with a very slow shower drain all week, and I was tired of taking a bath while taking a shower. Joe was very nice on the phone. By 6:10, no one had showed, so I called and spoke with someone else, who told me that the serviceman was running late and promised to call me back with an update. I had no plans to be anywhere, so it wasn't a huge deal. However, I had locked up my dogs at 4pm, and they (and I) were beginning to get pretty antsy. Drain Kleen called me at about 7 to tell me the service guy was on his way and should arrive in 45 minutes. The service guy called 40 minutes later to tell me he was in my area and would be to me soon. Parking was awful in my neighborhood because of the snow and ice. The service guy arrived, quickly cleaned the drain, and left. The drain drains better than it has in months. I am very happy with the work that was performed. T he only vague issue was scheduling, but I think the office simply had not taken the bad parking and icy roads into account.

Drain Kleen was referred to me by an excellent plumber (who does not specialize / do drain cleaning). They were an hour late but all else was outstanding. Very professional, courteous, and did the job efficiently. Also very flexible with timing - willing to come in a day. Other than the punctuality, they were great. I called a couple places and their pricing was a little better than I found - even services that advertised $55 online and then told me it was actually $175 to service Manhattan! Highly recommend Drain Kleen and will use again for sure.

He was very reassuring over the phone (has 40 years experience) and they arrived first thing the next morning. They fixed the problem and cleaned up everywhere. Very professional.

Overall did a very good job. The drain is working very well with no further problems.
