The gentleman from Bestco were able to install my AC unit the same day I requested the service. They called immediately and said they'd be at my place in 30 minutes; they were actually here in about 15. They were friendly, professional, and fast. They also gave me tips regarding how to keep my AC unit in the best condition for years to come. I had a very bad experience with the company I attempted to hire before Bestco, and won't make the mistake of calling anyone else again.

He did a job, and I would recommend him. Quick, friendly and efficient.

He was fantastic! He explained to do what I wanted done; it would be easier to replace my air conditioning unit. He gave me several tips on things I could try myself. He was patient, offered several solutions, and would not take a dime for his time and efforts. I will use him again and would highly recommend him!

Both of the gentleman were extremely professional and courteous. A rare genuine quality in the service industry these days-what a relief. They arrived early which is a great sign. Work commenced w/out a hitch. I was advised to ways to enhance my A/C installation; which outlets are most ideal for my particular case and the best way to additionally secure my A/C. They were task oriented yet open to explain anything I had any questions about. I will hire them again because I don't have to worry about quality of service.

All the reviews I read are true: this is 'the man'! An honest and clever person who does what he says - in my case with blazing speed even though others warned me of the difficulty in doing the job right. He loves being good at what he does, is extremely responsive and responsible, and fair. He has the knowledge, the helpers, and the tools. Impressive, hard-working, genuinely nice (Elias/Eleazar) and a in my case the right person at the right time. No regrets or hesitation recommending for Air/Heat installation trouble shooting and repair/insatllation. Thanks! PS, the other referral did not even respond until after the work was done!

Fantastic - responded immediately, even when told that I hired someone else, gave me suggested diagnosis & resolutions by phone. When the other provider a. didn't arrive asap (after suggesting he would) and then b. called 45 mins after our appt the next morning to say he wouldn't arrive for at least 2 hrs, I called Eleazar. He arrived in 45 mins (exactly as promised), diagnosed the problem and gave est. of cost and timing. Eleazar arrived next day w/parts, made all necessary repairs, did light maintenance and was on his way. No real context for pricing, but I was happy to pay to get my tenant warm! I learned a lot too!

Eleazer is a really great guy. He was helpful and very honest. He helped me with this problem over the phone. Most other contracters would have came out fixed the problem and took the money without even blinking an eye.. Kudos to Bestco! i hope God blesses you continuously!

Small job done professionally. Just required replacing an electrical switch. Charged me $60.00 which I think is expensive but I wanted to get it done.
