Eleazar reconfigured some wiring on my central A/C unit and installed an Ecobee4 thermostat. He was very good about discussing what he was doing and answering all of my questions. Great diagnostic technician.

Incredible. I had a problem with my Central A/C that I haven't been able to figure out for 2 years after calls to countless technicians. Eleazar from Divergent called me and spent the time to understand carefully what my problem was. He came the very next day, on time. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, explaining the problem to me every step of the way. After several hours, he was able to figure out and resolve the issue at a fair price. Truly a wonderful experience!

Eleazar also known as Elias is the owner of this company and I can't express enough how grateful I was that I found him. We had an emergency with clogged drain pipes so the water was overflowing and leaking from the central A/C unit located in the attic this could have been a disaster but Elias came out to me even though he doesn't typically even service in my area. I was 2 hours away and he came anyway! He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient I can't express enough how thankful I am that he came out when he did and he is worth every penny. His rates are very reasonable and based on the experience I had I would have paid him double, hire him!

No brainer: Elias is the real deal -- he came out during a snowstorm to install new hardware on my PTAC unit in our Tribeca loft. Very reliable, great communication and refreshing sense of honesty.. A++

Eleazar was extremely professional, timely and efficient. He came out the day after I contacted him (during a snow storm), repaired our burst pipe and heat, and then came back a week later to ensure all was working properly. Elias is friendly, knowledgable and eager to explain the boiler problem as well as to address it. In a city which is often frightening in the impersonal and expensive way we select service companies, Bestco is a refreshing change. I don't want my boiler to fail again, but if it does, Bestco gets the call.

Honest!!!

Bestco is a small shop with the knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical and HVAC problems and execute minor installations. They are not set up for big installation projects and don't bid on that kind. Eleazar fixed my heat pump during a winter emergency. He also did a wiring project for me at half the price of my other bids. The quality was high. Communication is good. He shows up when planned. He shares information and explains why he chooses to do things a certain way. In other cases he was happy to walk me through some trouble shooting steps over the phone so I could make minor adjustments on my own. I learned a lot. Bestco will always be my first call. -Mike
