Eleazar was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend him for anyone needing service on an a/c unit. I needed to divert condensation from my a/c unit to prevent water from dripping on my neighbor's patio. Eleazar scheduled an appointment with me the very same day, stayed in phone contact with me to let me know his whereabouts, and arrived promptly as scheduled. He took great care to assess the problem and offer various solutions to divert the flow of water. He was extremely conscientious and pointed out problems that could arise from the actions we took, but he ultimately came up with a solution that solved the problem entirely. He offered me advice on how to maintain the unit's efficiency and even helped move and clean up a smaller unit that I had been using. He was extremely polite, efficient, professional, helpful and conscientious, and I am very, very pleased with the service he provided!

He responded immediately, and even came by within an hour of my call to check out my situation. No one else even returned my messages! He taught me about how to do some of my own maintenance on the filters, and worked hard to find the best solutions to my problems. He was personable, helpful, and financially reasonable.
