The finished bathroom looks quite nice, he stuck to his original quote, and it's done! All good things. I would have gotten an exact time frame from him on completion of the project, so we wouldn't have been without a fully working bathroom for so long.

We did the installation ourselves, which is part of what keeps the cost low. We saved several hundred dollars in installation fees. We were happy with the service provided by all phone representatives; they have been very polite and helpful.

We were looking for a reliable alarm system after a burglary in our house and decided to try P.A. The system was supposed to be easily installed by anybody. We got all the parts after signing the monitoring agreement (online and on the phone) and started installing it immediately after studying the DVD instructions. Unfortunately the command station was out of order. We called the service, they were courteous and tried to help us, but seemed to believe we were not able to see if something is broken or not. After many phone calls which got continuously interrupted by technical difficulties with the command station, the service finally promised to replace the station. We waited three weeks and received.... a transformer for the command station. Somebody had still not believed that the station was broken and thought we should replace the transformer. We did, nothing worked, phone calls, new service person, did not believe us. We gave up and canceled the agreement.

Mr. Peterson returned our call very quickly and came by the very same day to provide us with an estimate. He also explained in a very thorough manner, the variety and quality of materials available for countertops and kitchen cabinets. He recommended what would be best for our particular needs, keeping in mind our budget. During the demolition part of the project Mr. Peterson made sure to contain the debris in one room and would sweep and wipe down surfaces before leaving for the day.
