ABOUT THE PARTNERS: Jeremy Cooper, Partner: Prior to co-founding Cooper & Cooper, Jeremy served as a Senior Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Banc of America Securities. He executed many billion dollar transactions in m&a, equity offerings and debt financings in the insurance sector. Jeremy worked as an on-air meteorologist at ABC, FOX, and NBC affiliates. He holds degrees from Northwestern University (Environmental Science), Penn State (Meteorology), and Columbia Business School (MBA - Finance). Jordan Cooper, Partner: Jordan was a Top Producer at a large real estate firm for several years prior to co-founding Cooper & Cooper with his brother, Jeremy. Jordan served as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Financial Institutions Group. His deal experience includes the $3 billion IPO of Prudential Insurance and the $30 billion acquisition of Associates First Capital by Citigroup. Jordan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Harvard University with a degree in Economics. Very positive feedback and accolades regarding my experience with Conrad Martin. I'm working on a smaller budget for resourcing a New York City apartment for my son although he treated us with 100% focus and dedication - his priority of focus was facilitating our needs. Conrads' work ethic is beyond reproach and his real estate IQ is impressive. He gave us some amazing options to consider. I will definitely leverage Cooper and Cooper & Conrad Martin in the future as well as endorse this company to everyone I know moving to New York City in the future for excellent customer service, due diligence and sincere professionalism. From my initial virtual meet and greet with Alec Negron to working with Conrad Martin, my perceptions are that these folks are customer service super stars.

Description of Work: Not so well. A Real Estate Salesperson named Nolan Taylor who helped me sense day one until the end wasn't reliable most of the time in returning my calls through his cell phone. I have to go to the office to leave messages a few times through the staff which was the only way for him to get back to me. In order for him, me and an end buyer to talk on a 3-way conference call, he wanted me to call my end buyer to set up an appointment in order for the 3 of us could communicate on what we want or looking for in a real estate transaction(s). After a few days, he hasn't contacted me in any way. And again, I have to go to the office and found out from a staff member named Eric that Nolan and the end buyer has spoken already. Nolan didn't bother to call me on when the both of them was going to have the 3-way conference call. Don't get me wrong, Nolan is a very nice person, but, he has to make sure to contact people in a timely matter and when needed to successfully execute a task. Thank you. | |Regards, | |Eric
