AWSOME!!!! I am a baby boomer, (that's code for elderly), and a thorough technophobe. Not only did Sebastian do what was needed to restore my very old laptop to high function, he demystified the process, and educated me in some other very basic general tech& security survival measures. He worked quickly and efficiently, and his fee was very fair. He picked up and delivered my laptop, & did some other tech maintenance on site. I am confident that he can assist with any of my future computer issues. He also has other audio/visual media technical expertise. I would recommend him without reservation.

My five year old mac mini was completely dead. Didn't respond at all when the power on button was pushed. I brought it to Sebastian and left it with him. He soon called and said that the motherboard needed to be replaced and that with a new motherboard not only would it work but it would be twice as fast. I agreed to have it repaired and he delivered it to me that evening. It worked perfectly and was much faster as well.

Sebastian answered his phone right away when both my laptops crashed in the middle of a snowstorm. He answered my questions right away and was able to fix both within a week. He even drove out to me (in the snow) to pick up and drop off the laptops free of charge ( he was able to fix one in a matter of hours). All around great service and a great value.
