+ -1 moreVery pleasant and professional people to deal with. The in-home evaluation took about 45 minutes. They did charge for it, but offset it against the cost when they actually came out to do the work. They stress that childproofing is not a substitute for parent supervision, and readily admitted they are catering my peace of mind as much the safety of my son. They are not at all pushy, really did not try to sell us anything we didn't want. They sure know their stuff, too. Childproofing is not cheap, but we sure wouldn't do it ourselves. When we needed them to come back to do some additional work, they didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. Now I am expecting twins and we are looking to move to a house in the burbs. As soon as we close, I definitely will call them again.
Description of Work: They were very helpful over the phone, then set up an appointment to survey our home for childproofing needs. They went over everything, spelled out what they was "critical" vs "discretionary" and, as promised, sent me a contract within 48 hours. Childproof America was able to do the work within a week. When it turned out that we did need a couple of extra items, they came back to install them as well.
