Cesar's Heating & Cooling

Cesar's crew was not gentle with the furniture. By pushing the bed to get access to the HVAC unit, they shattered the plastic mat under the desk and chair (!?) and pushed the bed frame into wall which left a very visible dent. When the crew came back with the replaced or repaired unit they installed it and it worked for all of 6 hours. I called when it did not work, they showed up again and they told me it was the circuit breaker that needed to be upgraded from 15 to 20 amps. I wonder if they could have told me this before charging me $450 for the compressor... Unfortunately it does not seem like a lot of vendors out there are able to work on Ice Air products. And I have a feeling this guy and my super have an agreement as it says on Angie's List that Cesar has no insurance. No one without an insurance comes to work in our building. So you'd do better to avoid this guy but if you're in my case you will have a tough time. Anyway, my AC works now...
