i've used this company twice and am delighted with the work they do - on time, clean, attention to detail, addresses problems and fixes them, courteous. A little expensive but well worth the money.

They were very professional, and did a very nice job. I had never used this Company before, but will certainly call them again. The price was just exactly what was estimated by phone. I called other companies, and they wouldn't give me a price until the person arrived. Of course, you hate for someone to arrive, and then not use them. Very nice Company to deal with!

It was smooth, easy, and excellent. Very good all around!

Went great; just as expected. Service was top notch. Note: big push for you to pay cash - of course right? Even checks made out to cash. Inconvenient since I didn't have so much cash just laying around and I like the audit trail of a proper receipt, not just a business card.

After my negative review the owner called me and apologized for job they did and explained that the man was new and could he redo the windows. They arrived today on time and did a excellent job. I would use them again.

This is the second time we've used Camelot and we will continue to work with them several times a year. We love these guys. They are super nice and professional. They are so fast and quiet that I don't even know they're in my house. They always wear protective covers over their shoes so they don't get anything dirty and my windows are gorgeous when they leave. We love them.

I called on Tuesday, on Friday I had a cleaner come. He showed up on-time, and did a fantastic job. He disassembled and reassembled windows that had child guards to clean them thoroughly, cleaned all the screens and the other windows very well. An excellent job! The basic price is $10 per window, $5 per screen + a few extra dollars for disassembling/re-assembling, etc.. Overall we had 12 windows, $14-18 per window. Excellent job! The guy who came OLEG was particularly friendly. I will use them without a doubt!

The service was absolutely amazing. From the free estimate to handing over the payment... punctual, professional, super nice and such a great value. Can't wait to use them again (which we will be doing in about 3 weeks) for the entire house...27 windows!

He was wonderful, and showed up on time. I needed some ecthing done on my windows, but went he cam and looked the job needed more than just ecthing work done. I twould cost a lot more to fix, so the job had to be put on hold.

Terrific! They were punctual for both the estimate and work appointments. They completed the work within an hour. They were quiet, brought their own supplies and the windows are clean.

Two men arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, worked efficiently, carefully and quickly. They placed protective drop cloths on the floor and around furniture. They did an excellent job washing and drying the windows. I highly recommend this company.

Camelot is responsive, efficient, professional, and respectful of my home and my belongings. They cleaned up after themselves and used dropcloths and paper slippers to keep my apartment clean.

Oleg was excellent right from the beginning. He knew exactly what he was doing. He had to lift out the inner window which I could never have done myself. He also explained about a problem in some of the thermapane windows and told me it could be fixed without taking out the entire window. He was very clean and did an excellent job. I would definately recommend this company again.

Steve showed up at the appointment time and before entering our home, he put booties on over his shoes to protect our floors. He was knowledgeable, personable and answered all of my questions politely and thoroughly. He gave me an accurate estimate for the job, scheduled the appointment, told me how long the job would take and how many guys would come to do the work. I also explained that we had a pet that we needed to make sure was confined while the windows were being cleaned. He understood and made notes on his work order.

Very professional service. Came on time to assess the work. Covered the bottoms of his shoes while looking at the job. Promptly sent a written estimate, which was important b/c we have windows of different sizes and I wanted to know the precise cost before we began. I had a lower verbal estimate from another window cleaner who referred me to his website where types and sizes of windows were discussed in relation to cost. He didn't want to come, give a written estimate, and I was concerned our understanding of the cost would not be the same. I wanted to be able to leave the exact payment with our housekeeper and know the job would be done and she would not have to worry about the cost. Camelot promptly scheduled a date and time to do the job with consciousness of weather (rain was expected on the date I initially had in mind). Knowing I wanted the job done soon, I was called with a possible alternative earlier date. Ultimately, the windows were cleaned on the scheduled date. They arrived during the one hour window agreed upon did excellent work (the windows look great!) in the agreed upon time frame.

They always do a wonderful job. I especially like that they are very careful with my shades, curtains, and furniture. They do not slam the windows which has broken the latches by previous cleaners. They make sure the windows are in the tracks and closed properly.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO CONTACT. I THINK THAT THE PRICE IS VERY GOOD AND THEY SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH EVERYTHING. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND THEY CHARGED A GOOD PRICE FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DID. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID FOR ME.
