Description of Work: Incredibly happy with their work and service. Our couch was sagging and we thought we needed a new one. Instead, they made a piece that stopped the sagging. Not expensive. They were prompt, courteous and delivered in the time frame they had promised.

Description of Work: This is the email that I received after sending all the images of my couch and chairs.This would have been quite a big job as I have to reupholstery one 3 seating sofa, 2 chairs and 2 ottomans. I cut and paste: Received your pictures and looked over them, unfortunately this is a job we cannot undertake at this time.Thank you for your interest. Jan For a NY area reply, when everyone goes very fast, this is not the best business man.I will never waist my time on writing them an email again.
