+ -1 moreQuality of the service and responsivenes of the firm was way above expectations. The fee was very competitive and the architect very knowledgble and experienced. In addition, due to additional requests from the NY Condiminium department further drawings had to be undertaken and were completed promptly and within the original scope. Overall service was exceptional.
Description of Work: Preparation of the plans and drawings for a substantial renovation of an existing apartment in a NY condominium building. Preparation and submission of the paperwork to obtain the appropriate contractors license from the NY city building department
