It’s free service because I belong to what it called a Heat Incorporated which is a group of homeowner society where they actually provide the service free and pay a due for $50 every 2 years and my cleaning is actually part of my dues so its free and for it except for tip that I gave the guy and that’s about it. Also they tell you when they will be late and 99% of the time they are late.
Description of Work: We have a contract with Blue Diamond Fuel Oil Co for heating and A/C service. They came and clean the burner and the pipes that connect with the burner and that's a one year type thing and that would be having done in June for better recollection of what happened which in the past they've been very good also. They come once a year.

+ -1 moreI have used them in the past and have had success with them. They are in the area where I live, and respond to service calls. They came for an emergency visit last week. They are responsive and their oil deliveries are on time. They are competitively priced too. Blue Diamond Fuel Oil Co. is excellent.
Description of Work: I use Blue Diamond Fuel Oil Co. for oil delivery for my heating and air conditioning. I last used them to replace a part.

+ -1 moreI BELIEVE THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME & WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY FURNACE SEEMS TO RUN BETTER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR HEATING SERVICE.
