BLOOMINGDALES

The two workers arrived in the time frame estimate. I was given a time of 4:30 to 7:00 pm and they arrived around 4:50pm. They were efficient and would have been finished in about an hour but then they asked me if I wanted "Scotchguard" fabric protector. When I called to arrange the appointment time I was not told the company offered "Scotchguard", but the worker offered it at an additional fee, which I agreed to as I had good results with it previously. This took a bit longer because the worker had to go back to his vehicle to get the machine. The job took about and hour and a half total which is what was estimated at the time of the booking. I was a using a sale coupon which gave me a price of $111.00 for a six foot sofa and $42.00 for a chair. I had to pay an additional $12.50 because my sofa measured six and a half feet. I would use this service again.

The drop off was bad. They did not come in when they delivered my rugs and instead just propped them down and wanted me to pick them up when they were supposed to put them back in my home. I was never given the option in the beginning to have them delivered to my door. I had to get my superintendent to help me. They were really rude and I was disappointed. I thought I would get better service through a bigger place. I have used them before to order and deliver furniture and had a good experience. When I called about this incident, they said that parking was the problem. Pricing, I don't remember. I say they are a C because the delivery should have been included. Even if it was $10, if you get what you pay for it's an A, if not it's a C. Before hiring again, I would look for alternatives.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND DID WHAT WE ASKED THEM TO DO. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. THE SERVICE IS CONSISTENT. I FEEL THAT THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. THEY ALWAYS GET THE STAINS OUT AND THE FABRIC IS FRESH AND "NEW" LOOKING.

THE PEOPLE AT BLOOMINGDALE'S ARE TERRIFIC PEOPLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY, AND DO A GREAT SERVICE FOR PEOPLE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID.

THERE WAS AN AD IN THE PAPER WITH A COUPON FOR "TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE". I CALLED THEM AND SET UP A TIME. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB AND I OPENED THE WINDOWS SO THEY WERE DRY IN ONE DAY. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY THAT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
