Our prices start at $65 per visit and some of our customers are as big as new Jet's/Giant's Stadium or Javit's Convention Center. Description of Work: I originally hired Big Apple to clean the windows of my two house. I ended up having them repair the balances of the few windows and replacing the glass on a window. Because of the increasing work order, they had to come several times. Each time the staff was very professional and accommodating to my busy schedule. They also did an excellent job cleaning the windows and performing the repairs. (The workers also took their shoes off, without me having to ask, when the entered my house.) I also needed window treatment repaired and they were able to provide me contact who was able to do the job.

Description of Work: Two guys game on time to my house and cleaned all windows (outside and in) professionally and efficiently. They even knew what to do with a skylight I have, and the windows all looked great after. The only catch was they charged for two windows for a door with a window that has a window above the door frame, but overall I was very happy and will use them again.

They did a good job. They were punctual and showed up on time. They charged $15 a window plus another $15 for the storm window. I negotiated the storm window down to $10. I told them they should clarify ahead of time in regards to price. The guy apologized. They did an excellent job. The boss had come to clean windows for me elsewhere and this time he sent out a worker. The worker told me to call the boss about the price and he would probably negotiate to $10 a storm window which is what he did. That led me to believe they do this all the time. Also, he held my receipt until I filled out a survey. The price should be clear ahead of time. I would get an exact price with them before the work is done.

Every apartment and house is different. It's not really possible to give the exact price on the phone without actually seeing client's windows. So the prices we give you over the phone are just average prices per window based on our understanding of your project. These prices can be used only as a guidelines for your budgeting and not as a final price. The actual price can be a little bit higher or lower then estimated on the phone. When our window cleaning crew arrives to the job site we recommend our clients to ask the specialist to inspect their windows and confirm the final price before they start.
