Eric was very focused on customer service from the start. He was able to work with a local factory to have my blinds re-strung. This wasn’t easy as he had to rely on his relationships in order to service the blinds as most factories would not want to service something they didn’t sell. He was able to leverage his relationship to get the job done and took great care in ensuring the blinds functioned properly once they were installed.
