I was very pleased with this company. I have a 2 family home which needed a lot of work. Paulette respnded promptly and set up my appointment the next day. Tony came the first time and did an excellent job on the top floor. Today paulette came with another gentleman and did wonders on the other level. They were all professional and hard working. I will definitely use thier services again.

Paulette and her crew were amazing! AMAZING! I had already moved out and when I got there they were all hard at work cleaning my apartment from top to bottom. I'm sure they cleaned every surface. They also brought their own supplies which was very convenient because there weren't any in the apartment. They were also a very nice, professional, friendly group. My realtor was so impressed when she did the walkthrough with the new owners that she took a photo of Paulette's card to recommend her to her clients.

Hire this great company! Paulette answered my call herself, quickly estimated the cost after I described the size of my apartment and the work (including a deep clean of the outdoor terrace), booked me for an appointment that was just a few days ahead and told me not to worry about payment/deposit. She arrived on time, called me to confirm the price, and then did a fantastic job with all her own supplies and finished as scheduled. All arrangements were done by phone, which was great since I already was out of NYC, and my real estate agent was so impressed that he's recommending the company to his other clients. $160 for a complete and reliable move-out clean without hassle. And I simply made payment over her website afterwards. I would hire Better Homes & Business Cleaning Service again without hesitation. I have been so disappointed with other cleaning services that have canceled at the last minute, not shown up, overcharged or done mediocre work. Paulette and her company really are a stand out operation and have earned their excellent reviews.

Paulette comes once a week to clean and she is always on time. She always does a good job cleaning the house. She is honest, trustworthy and helpful.

Great. - She was running a little late, but called and let me know and that's enough for me to still give an A. I agree that the weather, traffic, etc. were particularly bad that day. - There is a 3-hr minimum which bothered me at first but she really did spend all three hours using the time to do a deeper clean one certain items. I appreciated that. So if you have a small home and don't think it warrants 3 hrs, you can at least be comforted that you get the time you pay for. - The quality of the clean was excellent. I didn't feel she skimped on any part of the home.

Paulette of Better Homes and Business is the best cleaner I have ever used. Extremely thorough and I this is the first time I have repeated hired the same cleaners- my house is so clean and it stays cleaner longer. I am very picky and I am always happy with the results- I believe its rare to find someone that cleans so deeply. More important is the trust I have in them. This is the only time I have left a cleaner in my home. Very professional and courteous and actually goes beyond my expectations- very rare these days.
